Could not recommend more!!
My mechanic of a number of years has slowed down and my car was gonna be 6-8wks out before he could even start on it, so I started googling. Will(moonlight) had the best reviews, and obviously for a reason. 1st call he answered and answered every question/call there after, did not B.S. me throughout . Got to my car promptly and diagnosed it, thankfully because my guess at the problem would've been 3-4x $$ higher. Unlike some mechs who would've most likely just went with my "guess" and "fixed" that "problem" then found the real problem which would've costed me that much more..
A+ service!!!! Thank you very much and will see you soon for preventative maintenance on another vehicle...

In a world of distrust and skeptism, especially in emergency situations, trusting a mechanic is always hit or miss. Just a short explanation, we were visiting family in Knoxville headed back to Charleston, SC. Engine temp light went off and we pulled over twice. 2nd time started looking for anyone open that could help. No one answered their phone...except William. It was an early Sunday morning. He was up front he had some plans but would look at it and see what he could do. We limped in and he checked it out. After checking, pretty much determined thermostat.He had some plans, and we completely understood. He said if we picked up the part, when he got back he would switch it out. We got the part, killed some time, came back couple hours later. He worked on it, and wanted us to test it before paying. He still had things to do, so I told him we will start heading for the interstate, any issues we can call and come back. He preferred not too, as an honest, professional mechanic would, but he agreed. Within 10-15 mins we knew it was fixed and gave him a call back to let him know, and thanked him for taking care of us and squeezing us in when he had some plans. You CANNOT replace a person like that, and it's difficult to find these days.Ultimately, he asked for less than expected, he manipulated his schedule, his diagnosis was spot on, and he was an absolute savior for us. I have lived in large cities and small cities, with good and bad luck with mechanics. If we lived in the area, he would now be our mechanic. If you want someone who is humble, knowledgeable, able to assist, and doesn't gouge you with cost...make this your FIRST call! We cannot thank him enough for his honesty, his up-front information and not making promises he couldn't keep (like "yeah, I can fix it right now" and then it takes 2 more days), his willingness to help out due to our situation, and his truly excellent interaction (he literally walked us through everything he was doing, showed us the issues and why it was or was not causing the problem).Thank you so much! You, and your excellent work, are extremely appreciated!!

Will is honestly the best mechanic I've found so far. He has helped me fix so much with my Volkswagen and for a reasonable price as well. All in all very respectful and a pleasure to talk to. 5 stars for sure. 10 if I could give em lol.

William has fixed a bunch of stuff on our truck for us. He is extremely fair in pricing, has wonderful communication, and is extremely honest. We are grateful for all the wonderful work he does, and to have him as our local mechanic. We won’t use anyone else. He is fast, and efficient as well!

William was the only mechanic available on Sunday. He answered my call right away and was able to see me within the hour. He was kind, honest, and very accommodating. My brakes are smooth as butta now!

My wife's starter went out on a weekend after a late hospital shift. William answered my call after normal business hours and was very professional and honest. He called me with updates, priced the part and labor very fairly and got the job done within 3 days of my car being towed there. This guy is an awesome mechanic and a good man. He has my business and I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone his way!

A+ experience, our rental car was making a concerning sound on a long distance road trip to the Smokies from NJ and nowhere else was open (even at 8:30). Will fixed the problem and had us back on the road in 20 minutes. Coming back to TN for all future car issues.

I broke down on a holiday at night and this super kind gentleman helped me out at a fair price and with great communication. My car has been running well since his repair. If I lived in the area I would for sure make him my regular mechanic!

A lifesaver! At the travel stop off I81 on a long trip with fresh bumper damage from a truck tire blowing out at us on a Sunday we made the little trip out and he helped us on the spot - made it safe for us and that means so much!

William knows his stuff and allowed me to see when my old engine was out, unlike the big places that you are just supposed to hope they actually replaced the part. His quote was spot on and he got the job done well. Will be using him in the future

Been in contact with him for a few days regarding my car, had it dropped off, within 2 hrs, he contacted me with diagnosis of problem and cost to fix, which was very fair. He had my car up and running and back to me the same day. Highly recommed so grateful I found my new mechanic. Thank you moonlight auto
