Jamie and his crew are top notch. By far the best in East Tennessee and beyond. Jamie was able to transform a few flaws on my sons Lexus to looking factory new. I had no idea dents and scratches in paint could vanish without painting the whole panel and a deep scratch in the dash leather could disappear. These guys work magic. I hit a deer and that caused some front-end damage. The sensors didn't want to work, so we couldn't use cruise control and other various features. We used Mitchell's to do the repair work because we had a great experience in the past and others suggested using them. Mitchell's doesn't cut any corners and will give you your vehicle back in the same if not better condition than before the accident. I would recommend using Mitchell's for collision repair.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Had a long, drawn out dealing with the insurance company over my vehicle. Jamie made sure that my vehicle was either going to be safely and correctly repaired or totaled. He always had my best interest from the start even in dealing with the mess the insurance company had created over a 7 month period.
