Good pharmacy, great staff and customer service. The only thing that would give this a five-star rating is there RX app. It is absolutely lousy it only works some of the time. The other issue I have is not all my medications are listed on the app and I have to call in to get a refill. The other problem I have is when my doctor does call in a prescription especially for a medication that I've recently got in. The doctor decided to continue on for a few more days. I never got a call that it was ready or when I try to log into the website to see if it's even there I can't get into the website major issues with the website. This is been an ongoing issue for a few years and I keep getting the same story. We're working on it. How long does it take to resolve your RX app fire the company you're using in hire somebody else or go to a different format?.

Best pharmacy in the county. I used kmart for years. When they closed and I found out Brenda was at wilsav there was no question who was my new pharmacy. I'm always greeted with a friendly smiling face, never a recording and never a wait. Love all of these guys.

I have recently started using this Pharmacy because the one I had used for years did me dirty by cutting me short of my prescription medicines. A friend of mine suggested to me to come to Wil-Sav Drugs of Sweetwater because she had been using them for over 20 years. I transferred all my prescriptions to them and I can say this about them. All the employees are kind and treat everyone nice. Also one thing I like is how when your doctor calls in a new prescription for you and they get it filled they text me on my phone letting me know it is ready for pickup where the place I left would not even let me know when my medicine was ready. I recommend these people over places like Wal-Mart and other pharmacies that only care about the money they make off of you instead of how Wil-Sav Drugs is about caring for the individuals that come in the door. I feel everyone who lives in Sweetwater or Philadelphia TN needs to come to this drug store if they are on the person's insurance list.
