I've been on hold 30 plus mins for an agent. What is the deal ? Took me 20 mins to even get to platform to speak to an agent. I just want either my money orders back or to talk to a HUMAN BEING!! This not Sweetwater post office but the main line.

Stop leaving my stuff in the rain! They leave electronics that are MARKED to be soaked.... we have an umbrella with a table to put it on and even though it always says FRONT porch you put it on the side! Everyone is rude at the office.

This is the best post office I have ever known. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They are always busy but they take the time to be sure you are getting the best service. Sam is a great employee,l terrifically friendly and- always has a smile to share.

They are incompetent. I was trying to find out what is going on with my change of address and they had no clue, couldn't answer a single question and didn't know what to do about it, also he was very rude. He kept interrupting me. These people will do whatever they can do to push your issue off onto someone else. Fire the uneducated employees you have and automate USPS with robots. You would get more done.

Continues to deliver my packages next to my house instead of my covered porch, an extra three steps away. Half my packages from this location are damaged and rained on. The customer service line is useless. Complained in the office itself, they said “they’ll pass the message along to the drivers”. What a joke.

This is hands down the worst postal service I’ve ever had to deal with my entire life. I’ve lived in several states and counties and this beats all I’ve ever seen. My package has been delayed 6 days now and every day it says it’s delivering today. This is sad, they are lazy and don’t tell the truth. One time they said the reason they didn’t stop and deliver is because of an animal, and I don’t even have a dog !

As a whole, the Post Office is unimpressive nationwide. This location is no different. The employees are almost always rude. They seem aggravated when they have to take time to wait on you. The mail placed in my P.O. box is always bent and mashed up so they can fit it in the box as opposed to leaving me a notice to pick it up at the counter. Delivery service to my home is no better. The cost of everything is outrageous as well. Even though that isn't the fault of any one location. It's just what happens when the government tries to do something.

They have marked my package as delivered but yet no package is in the mail box, which only the carrier and I can open, and then sometimes she doesn’t even show up to deliver the mail for a couple days. I can’t even get a refund from Amazon because it was marked as delivered ?

Our local post office is a joke. On more than one occasion I've had some random person take my mail from our mailman that had to be signed for and they can't tell me who it is. This said person was meeting the postman at my mail box. The postman said he believed the girl to be my daughter on both occasions. He knows my daughter. I took her to the post office to verify it was her and sure enough it WASN'T.I filled out a form TWICE to have any certified mail or packages left at post office. They will leave a notice in my mail box that I have a letter that was undeliverable, but they leave package in my mail box.I've talked directly to the post master on both occasions and she assured me it would be taken care of. NOPE!! I've emailed this person 4 times with no response. Going higher up don't help either.It's pretty sad when your post office can't even get it right. ??

If you have a gate at your driveway, you can forget about them ever getting delivered and just plan on always picking them up from the office. You probably won't even get a notice paper left either, just play the guessing game. Most of the time im pretty sure they just see the address at the office and just write "gate" on it because they know they won't deliver it.

I evidently have a new carrier that delivers my mail. My packages are left outside my garage door instead of on my covered porch which is approximately 20 steps (depending on your stride) away from my garage. On several occasions, I have had packages and their contents completely ruined by the rain. I have left a note in my mailbox respectfully asking the carrier to please put my packages on my covered porch. I have also called the office during regular business hours and the phone call has not been answered. I would like to add that this has only been happening in the last month or so. My previous carrier drove a Kia SUV. New carrier drives a Jeep with pink lettering on it. Hopefully, this gets corrected very soon!

You probably won't even get a notice paper left either, just play the guessing game. Most of the time im pretty sure they just see the address at the office and just write "gate" on it because they know they won't deliver it.

This is the worst post office I’ve ever dealt with. NEVER get my packed on time. Tracking will show out for delivery for several days. If I manage to get by the post office to ask, they always say it will be delivered today, which never happens. Several time I’ve had my mail soppy wet cause it had rained all day and they will not close my box back. I’ve left letters on my box asking them to plz close it, I’ve gone to the post office. They asked me 20 questions about how my box closes. It’s new , it will literally close with 1 finger. Terrible terrible people. I am considering renting a box in Athens so I can actually get my packages and dry mail. Sweetwater is very unprofessional. ?. They should all be fired starting with the supervisor.
