Terrific prices on great food. Their meat is the best - price, taste, tender. fresh etc. This is a great discount grocery. Their prices are great and selection is excellent. You can have them email you their weekly ad so you know what is on sale etc.

They angus beef on sale. Stop by, and the wonderful butcher ed find the best one for me and my family . He even helped me find the 50 50 ground meat i use to make gyoza. I cooked some after i Marinated the meat for 24 hours. I cook it medium rare. It turn it very good. Very tinder and juicy.

Generally a lot of closeout items sold cheap. It's sort of a dive, but it's worth it for the deals and this one is actually better than the one in Lenoir City, closer to my home. My suggestion to the workers there: use the loud speaker to announce when you're closing, rather than lurk around the aisles and be angry towards unassuming customers. Not everyone checks closing times on the door when entering, especially when your neighbors are open later!

This one is the best UGO. I lived in Oak Ridge when they had one and recently in Lenoir City which has a small one. I'm not sure if there is another one that compares to this one in the region.

Relaxed grocery shopping experience. Reminds me of hometown grocery stores from back in the day. Very reasonable prices, and an on-site butcher shop with a large range of products.

They have great sales, if you are shopping for a family then the meat prices on family packs are great! Good produce specials as well, I believe they source locally when possible as well.Only thing I don't care for is not knowing if they will stock from week to week. Like running in for a loaf of rye bread, or a specific salad dressing ECT. I do feel like I get a great value on the thing I do buy though!
