I would recommend SVC wholeheartedly! They did an excellent job on my CRV and I could not be happier with the outcome! James was very professional and easy to work with. Jared was on top of keeping me informed on the process with my car. I was impressed with the short amount of time it took to have my car ready to go!

When you pour your heart and soul into a project such as a classic car, it is a little concerning when you have to turn it over to someone to finish up the job. While resetting the body on my 74 Corvette I managed to crack the fiberglass body in two places. I turned to Sweetwater Valley Collision for some help.
I received a comprehensive preliminary estimate by James Eldridge and assurance that they could repair the damage and match the beautiful tri coat White Pearl paint. I excepted the estimate, and we scheduled a time to get it in the shop. I received a reminder a few days prior to the appointment and was given several options for turning the car in. I used the drop off key box on a Sunday. To easy. Three weeks later the car was ready for pick up. What a beautiful job they did. The repairs were not visible. No overspray. The paint was a perfect match, even though I couldn't tell them what shade of pearl white it was. I was 100% satisfied and they guaranteed their work for as long as I own the car. I have to mention a very polite young man named Jared. Jared kept me informed throughout the process. I received updates almost daily by texts. Being kept informed has always been important to me. Jared filled the bill on that. Thanks everyone at Sweetwater Valley Collision. A job well done!

A great experience having some work on my car. Called or text me to update on the repairs every couple of days and to give me an estimate on how much longer it would take. There was a minor problem after I picked my car up and left. Took it back the next day and they couldn’t figure it out easily. They took the car back in the next week and provided a car for me to drive. I had it back and fixed by the next day. Everyone is so nice and the work is phenomenal! We can see why Sweetwater Valley Collision has such high reviews after our first interactions. Called in morning to inquire on estimated time to provide an estimate and repair lead time. Was told estimate should be within 24 hrs of when dropped off. Called back to see if arrived yet, had not but they had all the insurance info and my contact info at their fingertips. SVC called back far before expected and have been extremely courteous and professional at each interaction. Communication has been excellent and greatly appreciated during the stress of this. We had sent our car from Knoxville and are glad we did. Thank you to the folks at Sweetwater Valley Collision for being there. Local area shops were saying 1-2 weeks just for estimate and Dec/Jan to start on it. So thrilled SVC was available and had such great reviews to make it an easy decision to reach out to them.Services: Painting

Although our car had to be totaled, we were very impressed with how thorough and quick the estimate was. The staff was great to work with during a stressful time for us. We would definitely use them in the future for any repair needs.
