I honestly don't use O'Reilly often. Today it was kind of an emergency. I had been to all the other parts stores in Sweetwater and Madisonville. All of them had the wrong part associated with my vehicle information. I actually had the original part with me. I had to stop quickly while on a road trip because one of my wiper blades was coming off, and it was about to open up and pour! Sean (or Shawn) was the person who helped me by getting the correct wiper blades AND installing them for me! He was very nice and helpful, and we had an enjoyable conversation while he put my new wiper blades on. Not five minutes down the road, and the skies opened up! I was so thankful for my quick decision to stop and for Sean's help!

Lazy employees. I needed help finding trim fasteners along with hose clamps for hose I bought. I even told them I couldn't read the small print on the packs because I forgot my glasses.. just pointed to aisle 5 and said they're over there.
