I found Joe's as I was traveling out of state and my check engine light came on. Thankfully Joe and staff made the time to do a scan and explained to me what had happened. Price was very reasonable and they had me back on the road quickly.

My car broke down in Knoxville today. Ended up having to tow it to Christain brothers automotive. Turns out it was a missing bolt in the timing chain that killed my car. Joe's automotive in sweetwater replaced my timing chain 2 years ago. They not only forgot the bolt but charge me to reflush my oil after and was going to charge me $100 to fix my timing cam shaft that should have been included with the $1400 timing chain replacement. DO NOT GO TO JOE'S AUTOMOTIVE IN SWEETWATER.

I broke down in the middle of nowhere 1.5 away from home on my way to another state when my car broke down. Took it to Joe and needed a new transmission… not only did they fix it at a good price they also filled up my windshield fluid they are so honest and down to earth people! God bless them !

Joe was extremely helpful in helping us when our tow vehicle developed problems while on travel. Joe immediately went to work trying to resolve the problem. He worked hard to get us on the road again. Has great staff and worthy of you r confidence in getting auto repair.

My truck broke down on the way from Huntsville, AL to Pigeon Forge. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and made sure we were okay. They fixed it in a timely manner and great price! Will definitely recommend.
