Great business and a friendly group of people. Had a clutch go out completely in a 2016 Kia Soul, and just a month or so later the clutch started to wear out in my 2010 challenger. Both clutches were replaced flawlessly and within 4 days, it’s been about a month (going on two) that the Kia has been fixed and we haven’t had a mess up in yet. We had to call them a few times ahead with the 2010 challenger to arrange dates and times, and they were very patience and quick responding each time. We picked up the challenger this morning and the difference in the new and old clutch is definitely noticeable; we’re very pleased with the work done on both cars and are happy to support them. 10/10 on everything.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Do not patronize this business. When your wheel alignment is done you won't be able to hold vehicle in road.After that discovery and getting lies and more lies from owner, I took my car immediately to extremely good and highly rated mechanic shop. There I learned that I was one of several people in past few weeks, coming from Trac Rite Alignment with front end messed up in same general way.Once they put car back in good running order I found a very reputable shop for alignments.The men at Trac Rite seem to be running a scam. It apparantly goes something like this: mess it up, string customer along and then ultimately charge customer to "fix" front end problem they created.People who operate like this give their industry and those related to it a bad reputation.They really should not be in businesd.

Easy to work with, cheapest rates around. Wonderful people working there. Highly suggested, had an air ride bag replaced for 1/2 what I was told by other places. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

Horrible experience! Dropped the car off and didn’t hear from anyone for 10 days until we called them. We told them when we dropped it off to call and let us know what was wrong and what would be need for repairs. Never got that phone call. It was always us calling them because we hadn’t heard from them. They replaced parts we weren’t even made aware of or agreed to before hand. And we ended up with a $1100.00 bill. Only to have the car mess up and die going down the road 2 weeks later and are now taking it to another mechanic to fix whatever they messed up! Would not recommend to anyone!
