“I would like to let Hawkins County know the manager on duty Friday Morning, August 27, 2024 is totally awesome ? ? Due to the storm that hit on that morning, the roof was tore off our mobile home, it peeled the roof like a banana!! The manager gave us the money to buy tarps to cover our belongings, my roommate and I are both on SS and very low income. The manager was extremely nice and sympathetic to our situation and we were blessed that she was working at that time. Give them your business, they definitely deserve it!”
“I put credit card in incorrect slot for payment. I could not retrieve my card. I gave clerk my phone number and left. A little later, Courtney called. She and Ashley had been able to retrieve my card!!!! They were both so helpful! Dollar General Store Store #9844, Courtney and Ashley did a super job - awesome customer service!!!!”
