Service Rep was inexperienced. Didn’t know what the pool needed, had never done an opening or closing so didn’t know what it needed for end of season and didn’t know how to get pool cover back on. He kept calling “his buddy” Very disappointed, call into the office and their response was “ This is why we don’t do pool maintenance because we can’t seem to find trainable employees.”

Sparkle Pools did a great job with pool installation. They also service pool chemicals once a week for us. All employees are efficient and show up as promised. Gary is the best.

What I love about this company is that they stayed in communication with me through the process of a new liner installation. When the manufacturer of the liner made some mistakes in the measurement of it the first time, the people at Sparkle Pools stayed in touch with me as to when the new liner was ready. Communication is everything. Sierra was great at getting back to me, Terri and Haven worked hard, twice in all the work required to prepare and put the new liner in. I’m very happy with this company and the work that they did.
