The care and love that was shown to our sweet dog, Millie, was exemplary. The vet and staff went above and beyond to explain every detail to us and to make sure we were comfortable with the treatment plan. She even went as far as to share what next steps would cost if the current treatment was not successful. We will definitely be back and would be glad to refer others to Robertson Cty Animal Clinic.

What is an appointment? I ask because when I'm given one and show up 10 minutes early and don't get called back for at l east 40 minutes.uts a problem. Seems like everywhere I go,no one honors appointments. It's so frustrating!

Caring service! Wait times are never more than 5 minutes with appointments. They have a very good grooming staff

The staff here is friendly. However, don’t expect them to get you in on time even with an appt. Every time we come here they are at least 30-45 min late. They get 3 stars for the staff friendliness.
Update: 7/26/24
Same issues here with the waiting. Appt was at 4:30, it’s currently 5:05 pm and they still haven’t even called us back. I understand emergencies happen however, you can still plan and spread out your routine exams so people don’t have to wait in the waiting room for a hour with a nervous dog. Do better.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! I took my dog and has had problems ever since! Went to go for Pavo shots and rabies's shots and my poor little guy can barely walk now. And they are VERY over priced! Go to crossroads veterinary services! He is amazing. I took my dog to get help and he got a shot, medicine and a as seen for over an hour and all the was only $100! At crossroads the vet takes time to get to know your animal and tell you everything you can to do try to help. He is very sincere and actually wants to help and not take all your money. AGAIN NO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!

Had to bring our cat in for emergency care. Staff was friendly and caring. Facility was clean. Doctor was nice. First impression, I recommend them.

The staff here is very professional and are genuinely nice people. They take care of both of my dogs. My last trip was for an ear infection, nail trim and bath. My dog had never had any of this done before and , of course, she was a total mess. The staff handled it very well and had my dog relaxed and feeling better in no time. And if you consider everything they did the price wasn’t bad either. If you want the best care for your pets just go here. You will be glad you did.

When I felt like all hope was lost to get my boy seen by his regular vet and even 4 other vet offices , Robertson County Animal Clinic came to the rescue! My doggy ended up needing surgery to remove a foreign object that had been ingested. And we got there just in the nick of time. They were welcoming, compassionate and caring towards me and my dog. Everything for aftercare was explained clearly to where I had no concerns or questions. I think it’s safe to say this vet office is our forever vet. I definitely recommend them 100%

Both admin and medical staff are more than what we could hope for for our vet clinic experience. Friendly, knowledgable, flexible and understanding. They should be proud of their team work and we are thankful for their services.

Good facilities with great staff, quick registration. I like that they took my dog back and did all they needed to do and then the dr came in and explained the results. Dr Wolf was very knowledgeable and kind. Explained everything very well. I highly recommend Robertson county animal clinic!
