I have been with Regions for a long time. My account was compromised and they took care of it quickly, they issued me a new bank card. This is the very reason I stay with Regions. Thank you so much for watching my account and having my back ❤️

If I could give zero stars I would. Went in to open a new bank account and Heather Gun was super rude and condescending. She was very aggressive about correcting me over technical terms and interrupted me several times. I only interacted with her for about 5 minutes before I just got up and walked out because of how hateful she was. Probably the most rude and aggressive person I ever met. I guess she peaked in high school

ATMs are ALWAYS out of service and not working.. also this location might as well not have any phones, they will not answer.

Teller inside with brown hair,glasses&long nose was very unprofessional.She is a very rude person who does not need to be in customer service.Get a new job away from people!!!

The customer service at this bank is horrible! My husband and I went to get cash out for a vacation and I proceeded to tell Chris (teller) they can't have rips or writing on them because they won't accept it out for the country. And he proceeds to chuckle and say "good luck". Then hands me my money and makes my husband and I go through a bunch of cash in front of other customers and check for rips and writing. I mnow they can do this because the branch in Gallatin said they could do it but we were in the area of the Springfield branch. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS BRANCH!! Because of CHRIS!

They closed my account because I apparently didn’t verify my address (no emails or anything to let me know) then sent all the money in both my checking and saving to the address that supposedly wasn’t verified.

Me and my husband arrived at 11:15am to take care of some business that we are unable to take care of during the week due to our work schedule. The only Saturday my husband was able to get off and we was turned away. It was only one couple in front of us which left enough time to see us before 12pm. We will not do business at this location again and I will be calling your corporate office as well. Very unacceptable especially when we have money invested into this business.

This bank has held my money hostage for nearly 2 weeks. Its cool though, I don't need it to survive or anything like that.
