First off, I made a mistake with my order and delivery method, they called to help me figure it out and were understanding that I was trying to deal with it at work. Then, on delivery day a few hours before I was supposed to pick it up, my radiator in my truck busted and I was unable to drive anywhere. I called to let them know and asked if they could just hang onto it until I could drive again. And they offered to deliver it directly to my house instead. I wouldn’t ever expect them to do this as they have a delivery route and understandably don’t have time to do this for everyone all the time, but I thought it was so kind of them to help me out like that when I was dealing with a stressful situation. Just shows they care about their customers, which is such a rarity these days. Being new to raw feeding and being overwhelmed by everything to begin with, along with having a busy schedule with my job where I work 70 hours a week, I very much appreciate how helpful and understanding they are. It definitely reduced the stress. My only complaint is they’re only open while I’m at work. But I understand that they have busy lives of their own. Hoping someday there’s a Clarksville delivery location that drops off a little later. Regardless though, I will be a repeat customer even if I have to leave work a little early sometimes to make it on time. Thank you guys so so much for helping me and my dog!

3332 Hwy 41 S, SpringfieldIt was my first time coming here with my new puppy. The lobby was clean with cute Halloween decorations and I was promptly greeted by the staff. They were very kind and I did not have to wait very long to see the doctor. At the end of our visit they provided us with a goodie bag since it was my puppy’s first visit. 10/10

The vet and staff went above and beyond to explain every detail to us and to make sure we were comfortable with the treatment plan. She even went as far as to share what next steps would cost if the current treatment was not successful. We will definitely be back and would be glad to refer others to Robertson Cty Animal Clinic.
