The Maker Table team is incredible! If I could give TEN stars I would!
Back in June ‘20, I ordered my first custom sign to commemorate our 2019 wedding and new garage. Between calls and emails, Stefanie Heffner was always ready to help me figure out the best design for our sign. It came out nothing short of perfect!
Since then, with the reactions our friends have had, we’ve purchased three others for special occasions and places. Like with the way we felt when we got the final product, our friends absolutely love theirs, too!
Most recently, I ordered one for my stepson to celebrate his new house and show him how proud I am for his accomplishments. There aren’t too many people his age who buy a piece of property and physically build a home on it — with no experience in construction! And he told me one day what he plans to call his “farm” and I immediately reached out to Stefanie. Again, a perfect example of how happy an artistic eye can make a person!
I’d hoped to have it this weekend (Labor Day) for a family get together camping, but UPS didn’t make the delivery because of my driveway being closed due to resealing. But I explained to my stepson what I did and showed him the proof Stefanie provided, ensuring he would have the sign in coming days. He’s a kid that doesn’t respond with emotion, but this got him!
MakerTable and family, thank you all for the efforts in the custom work, the artistic input, but most importantly the memories your products make!
We will be ordering again soon! I already have one in in mind, Stefanie!

Ordered a sign for my husband’s business as a gift for him for Father’s Day! It is absolutely perfect! Exactly what I ordered. Produced, Shipped and Delivered as stated! I looked at and spoke with a few different places and ultimately decided on this business and couldn’t be more happy that I did! My husband, who is SOOOO hard to shop for, was so happy! I will absolutely be ordering again!! - Thank you, Adam at Market Table Metal

Customer service is always extremely helpful & kind. Prices are amazing considering the cost of materials they use and time to make custom designs. Will definitely be ordering from them again and recommending to friends & family! Thank you Maker Table Metal!

FYI .....We purchased two porch stair rails from Maker Table Metal for $994.48.The rails were nice and we were satisfied with the purchase. The top rail measured 92 inches long by 6 inches high on their scroll ends. It weighed 30 lbs.We mounted the rails and one remains perfect, the other one however has had the powder coat bubble and blister, and the coating is starting to flake off.I contacted Maker Table with the issue. They told me to send them the rail and they would redo the powder coating. In their "return policy" it does say the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.I checked and the cheapest I could ship that size rail was through FedEx for $117.Here is my issue. I paid $994 for those two rails, and expected a "good quality" product to be delivered. Clearly, the one rail with it's blistered powder coating is defective.I had a hard time with being charged $117 to get the defect repaired. I had nothing to do with this issue and expected the rails and powder coating to be of good quality. When I explained to Maker Table that the faulty powder coating was no fault of mine, and I would like a prepaid shipping label so I could return the damaged rail and have it repaired without an additional cost to me.I believe that is what a responsible company would do. They stand by their product, and if there is a flaw, they pay to have the item returned, they repair or replace the item, and they send it back to the customer. They are holding firm that I must pay the return shipping. So this question now must be asked:What if the new powder coating blisters after 6 months, I then be required to pay another $117 to return the rail for repair ?It appears I will have to pay an additional $100 out of my own pocket, and have a local company sandblast and re-powder coat the rail.Just a heads up as to what you might run into, should you deal with Maker Table Metal and have a issue. Something to think about.UPDATE:I have posted this same "Review" on their Facebook page, but they remove it.I am not being "foul mouthed of even rude", I'm just posting my experience with Maker Table Metal.I wonder what it is they don't want potential customers to know ?It is what it is ......

Great products and service! I have purchased a few items from these guys and it has been extremely on point every time! Best thing to do is be responsible and plan a month ahead when ordering anything custom. If something needs to be remedied, have some decency to let the business fix the issue instead of whine like a brat. Keep up the awesome work guys.
