Management was very good at working with me to get a Generator which has been out of stock all across the country for many months. They sold the Floor model to me which Harbor Freight usually does not do. They really went the extra mile to get me the product. Unfortunately the Generator didn't work when I hooked up to my house.

I needed to change my generator in this store the manager Tood treated me super bad not expecta service like this from Harbor freight this gentleman is in the wrong place.
I love harbor freight I didn't expect to be served by a person like that!

Sean at the Springfield Harbour Freight is the best. He and his employees are always very helpful and will check back stock if an item your looking for isn’t on the floor. In a world where it is hard to find good customer service, it’s such a pleasant change. Along with product quality and price, they will definitely keep us coming back.
