“This really is a great store if your looking for an authentic mexican/Latino cultured store and they have fresh coiked food too. I'm an hour from this place and will still come down on a monthly basis”
“I usually love shopping at Aldis, but today... not so much. I had maybe 6 items in a box. I put my items in the box out of the cart. She saw me do this, by the way. Then she says, " Can you take your items out of the box?" It would have been easy for her to just pick them up and scan them and put them in the cart. Needless to say , She did this on purpose, and I felt it was just petty and stupid. Most cashiers are very polite, and I have never been treated badly by any of the others, but this lady was just annoying and lazy.”

“Employees are always helpful and friendly, less selection in the frozen section than the other one in town but convenient location for me so I'll be back! a little jealous DG's in our area dont have alcohol like they do down here as well.”
“Place was friendly and I was easily able to get my purchases. Nice selection. Place looks intimidating but it isn't too bad inside. I have seen much worse. The entryway into the parking lot can be a little hairy of your car is low to the ground. Be warned! Otherwise, great little place!”
“The guy behind the counter, not sure if he's the owner, he couldn't be any nicer! They only have two gas pumps. It's a small gas station. There is a variety of drinks and snacks.”
“I had a small issue , that the manager(s) took very seriously !! Store manager and district manager is amazing and sweet ! Most of the time it’s hard to reach management but they reach out to me ! Very understanding , I am Very pleased with this store .”
“The employees here are always helpful and friendly! I can run in here almost any time of the day and get in and out quickly. I’ve been coming in here for about 7 years now and I can honestly say there has never been an issue with anyone being rude or not being helpful if I’m looking for something specific. “Unloading was quick and they started about 20 minutes before my 0800 appt. Two open docks and was pretty easy to get into dock 4 then slide tandems, was never blindside for me but was more interesting than many docks with having all the trailers parked in front of the docks. Space for 2-3 trucks to park on the other side of the street to wait overnight, and a turn around just around the corner made that easy.”
“Nice, new store. No self checkout; hard to believe they don’t have more than one person working who is expected to stock shelves while also checking everyone out, with no bell or way to know if anyone is waiting to be checked out if he would have been stocking shelves. And this is on a busy Saturday! Dollar General makes $$, so they can afford to have more than one or two people working at a time. This guy was on top of it tho, very nice and very proficient. ????????”

“Staff are always helpful, though they don’t always seem happy. They carry a wide selection of items you can’t get at normal grocery stores and their hours are fantastic! They usually know if something is out of stock so just ask before browsing.”
“This seems like a well visited store. We're in the area dog sitting and needed grocery's. We stopped on in , got one of their savings cards and got most of the things we wanted to make during the time we're here. So nice to have a store with nice looking produce to pick up. We'll head there again if we need anything else.”
“Obviously, I like Kroger. Get most of my families groceries there. I will never be happy with a self checkout. I do also understand that everywhere is short staffed these days.”

“I always love shopping here because it has what I need without massive lines. Don't get me wrong, I like Kroger for certain things, Aldi's for other things, and even Walmart in a pinch, but HG Hills has a good hometown feel to it for sure.”
