Some services are extremely overpriced (tires). Hard to get appointments now due to shortage of employees I'm assuming. Use to be my service center but they have fallen off alot.

I was in this place first time and people who work here was very very nice. I need change my front tire because we going to Canada and nobody can help me in this area but this people make my day happy. They did quality job and everything was fast. God bless you guys. Only 5 stars ?????

I can’t say enough about how helpful, knowledgeable, professional and accommodating the guys at our local Firestone have been for us. I don’t want to leave anyone out but I’ll mention, Patrick, Todd, Brennan and Ethan who have helped explain all that they were doing. I’m feeling very confident that my family will be driving safely from now on!!

Was in town briefly lto look at a vehicle that was for sale and noticed a nail in my tire while eating lunch. I thought I was in luck when I saw this Firestone across the street so I popped in to see if I could get it fixed before driving the 50 mile trip back home.Three hours or I could drop the car off and come back at closing. I explained the situation to no avail and was informed it was the best they could do since I didn't have an appointment... like I was supposed to have known I was going to pick up a nail in my tire during the brief visit.I completely understand that other customers were ahead of me having tires installed and/or other maintenance work done, but to put someone in somewhat of a tight spot off for three hours because they didn't know ahead of time that they were going to pick up a nail in their tire, is ridiculous. Anyway, we left and went to an independent tire shop not far down the road that had us fixed up on the way in about 20 minutes... and yes, they had other customers ahead of us too, and we didn't have an appointment with them either.Someone needs to explain the concept of customer service to the crew at Firestone in Springfield TN... because they seem to be a little lacking in that department.

I take all my cars here and have had all levels of service over the years from bad to good. My most recent experience isn't so good. Took it in on a Sunday and told it may be Monday before it's looked at (which was fine) and got it back Tuesday. But the issue i have is I just imported my service records by their app - I told them full synthetic oil change and they gave me a synthetic blend instead. Maybe it's an error but I'm disappointed as that's not what I wanted.I will say in the past with other vehicles with the lifetime alignment I've not been given the paperwork on the before and after of the alignment in and out. I brought a vehicle back once after it supposedly got an alignment check and the steering wheel was off center. Never got paperwork - I asked them to fix the steering wheel and then magically I got paperwork saying it was out of alignment but it was fixed. Which I'm LED to believe they didn't do the job right the first time. ALWAYS ask for your paperwork to keep them honest.

Took my car in for a brake job, oil change, idler pulley needed to be changed & asked to have the ac recharged! They looks it over and wanted me to take it to someone who rebuilt motors and have my valve cover gaskets replaced! I didn’t want to do that so they refused to work on my car! Asked me to take it away!A auto repair shop that don’t want to work on your car!I hope they close there doors soon!

This shop is incapable of keeping appointment times or replacing tires in less than 3 hours, and won't be able to service your vehicle on a scheduled appointment. You're better off driving on a flat.

I just walked to Firestone to pick up Mom's truck for her. They were all there, but said they closed an hour early for a meeting and wouldn't give me the truck. So I walked back home in 100° heat. One star is too many.???

Gavin specifically Is an extremely hard worker. He is dripping sweat working by himself. In the back yet squeezed me and to fix my tire. Knowing that I'm a nurse and have to be at work in the morning. And I could not be more appreciative. I could get 20 stars if I would this man need to promotion. He is doing the work of eight people

Unhappy with knowledge and service would be a HUGE understatement with this business. I sent my woman here since she had originally purchased all of her tires and had their so-called "warranty." She came in to get a replacement on one of her front tires that had a large lag bolt lodged near the sidewall of the tire. For those who dont know, anything close to the sidewall should NOT be patched or repaired for safety reasons. Of course, the tire she needed was not available. Not a deal breaker by any means since they can't stock every brand/size tire. They did, however, offer a USED tire instead, which was shady in itself, in my opinion. A new tire should have been installed regardless especially with the warranty. I spoke with the the "service manager" named Rueben and had asked him to take a tire tread depth measurement on all the tires to see if it was going to be better to replace all four if it was getting close to time. To make matters worse, his response was, "We don't have any tread depth guages in the store. I have been doing tires for years and just use my finger to test depth." No simple equipment in the store?! Thats like going into KFC and them not having breading! They sent my woman away on a tire that was not safe at all to be driven on, and to me, knowing good business practices did not sit well with me at all. For the life of me, I don't know why anyone would even give them any business. There are plenty of "Discount Tire" places that would gladly take care of you, go above and beyond, and most importantly, look out for your safety.

Well I had a 3pm appointment got there at 250pm guy at front was on phone with a woman looking to buy tires he seemed like it was a annoying job as he was rolling his eyes and hitting counter.I didn't mind so much because I had just walked in and he was already in full conversation. I waited 10 minutes. But once he ended the call he didn't ask me what I was there for, the phone rang and he picks it up and starts talking tires with the gentlemen caller. Now I'm upset. The thing he should done was put that person on hold took my keys for my oil change appointment then go back to the call.So after 20 minutes I walked out.He was very unprofessional.I don't know his name wish I did.I got home and called and ask for a early morning appointment for next morning but they could only do Wednesday morning at 8 am.I got there at 730am. Got my car taken in fast the new gentlemen at desk was kind. I even picked a deceased yellow breasted chat bird from front door who apparently hit the window and died. I ask for a paper towel and moved it to grass so clients don't want to see a dead bird at the front door.My car got done fast so I'll gladly come back.

Had a blowout and the team was able to take care of us that day. In and out in less than 3 hours. Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. ???

Great customer service they helped out alot went in with a flat left in 2 hours with 4 new set of tires for a great price and explained everything very well.
