This is cool I haven't seen a family Dollar in years the man who checked me out was bilingual which was a plus in my opinion. He is very courteous to me and all the other customers in the store. 10 out of 10 we'll go here again

The lady that worked on Monday night Oct 28 was very rude. I called to tell her a problem i had with an item i purchased but she hung up on me. She wouldn't tell me her name and threatened 2 call the police on me. The young man that was working with her totally ignored me and he was the one that checked me out. I won't say the problem i had cuz it was very disgusting but the family dollar in. Springfield Tn needs employee customer service training really bad. I will never spend another dime there and will tell my friends bout my problem. This store is awful
