I was here with my sister. The guy that helped her was friendly, professional, prompt in getting her in a vehicle quickly.I'm thinking about using them to rent a vehicle for a trip. Good work Enterprise!!???

Let me start off by saying if you are forced to use this branch of Enterprise I'm sorry!!! Called this Enterprise 4 days prior to needing a vehicle on an insurance claim. From the get go the person on the phone tried upcharging to the next model that was more than the insurance covered without telling me until I asked why I was responsible for $5 a day of the rental. After saying no I want what the insurance covered and an appointment was made for 130 pm on Monday afternoon to pick up. Once again I'm without a car or a ride and live in an area where ubers are not present. My ride was a little behind and I walk in the door at 225 on Monday afternoon and they proceed to tell me with a very unwelcome attitude that my I was an hour late and they had given away the car that was reserved for me. No call or anything saying that they would do this if I was later than 130. But they had another vehicle that was available for me at $25 additional a day. This is obviously a regular thing for this branch and the the woman who I was dealing with named Aiesha that also was the branch manager had an extremely salty attitude the entire conversation from the moment of telling me they gave the car that was reserved for myself away. What Aiesha doesn't understand apparently is that most of this branches business comes from insurance claims. Which means people have already been through the ringer just trying to get to this point to get their car fixed and there's definitely no compassion for anyone else's situation. Ultimately if you're forced to go to this location be prepared to get upcharged from the moment you start talking to them and also be prepared to deal with a manager with a terrible attitude when they try and screw you over and most importantly be on time because they won't call to make sure you're coming and they have no problem giving cars away that have reservations. I will never be going back to this location and I've already contacted Nationwide as far as investigating this branch for price gouging and I highly suggest anyone that deals with these same kinds of problems with this location please contact the insurance company you're dealing with and let them know you're not standing for it.

Great service. Rented a van for trip. Van was in great shape. The customer service was very helpful and understanding of all my questions and concerns. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Aisha is AMAZING! There was a room full of people waiting for what seemed like barely any cars left and short staffed. She somehow got the waiting room to become family. People were happy and chatting and even hugging each other! Given the stressful situation she was kind, efficient and helpful all with a smile. I speak for all of us in the waiting room that day that Aisha deserves a promotion or raise of some sort!! Thank you.

Difficult to work out rental approval with insurance company.Then charged over $100.00 for Insurance??The car was not ready . The car given to me had not been cleaned. Hair a d French fries in floor and under seat. Then as we pulled off lot had dented wheel..had to stop and air up all tires. Then drive mile maintenance lights and bells go off. Brakes rubbing in front. Wheels out of balance. Still had nerve to charge over $100.00 to me , nit counting amount charged to geico. BAD IF NOT WORST RENTAL EVER!!!. NO COMPENSATION OFFERED!!! Traveling again soonWon't go there! !!!Put in $ 20 first gas, went 120 miles in a week. Return sales. 5 gallon lower than we took out. SCAM ALL THE WAY around. Bad Deal!!!People at rental store could care less.either way.

As an Uber driver I drop this lady off at this location and her vehicle's not ready so she asked me to drive her to the local Walmart Enterprise offered to bring the vehicle to her. I appreciate that kind of service!

It was a good experience other than the rental place not having the car I chose and not seeing that I returned the car on a Sunday. The car drove smoothly and I had no automotive problems on my trip.

Vehicles were sold out at my local enterprise location (Springfield). On short notice the staff went above and beyond to retrieve a vehicle from a another location so I would have a car on the dates needed. Thank you!

USAA provided a rental car through Enterprise. It was a VW Passat with Massachusetts plates. Weirdly, when my daughter and her husband lived in Massachusetts they had a Passat. The young man that handled the transaction was Mason. Did you get that Enterprise? Mason is a stellar employee.

Just wanted to say the Ladies in the office that helped me out were amazing and understanding. This was my 1st time renting from this location because I always rented from BNA, but the selection of 5 cars I had to pick from were horrible. They were either wrecked or the interior was stained and or filthy. The nice young ladie offered to upgrade me but the 2 suvs I was able to pick from were also filthy on the inside as well. I know it wasn't the young ladies fualt but this location is needing to upgrade the selections. You would think with Covid still being around the detailers would atleast wipe the inside of the doors, center console, and dash boards down..... NOPE! Everything was dry and you could tell from the dried caked up crumbs and dirt it had been there awhile and haven't been wiped. Again the ladies in the Office were AMAZING and even offered to see about cleaning the vehicles but I couldn't do it and left empty handed. Now just waiting to see and hear back if they are going to charge me for not even taking a vehicle. :( Poor detailing......
