Dollar General store on highway 49 Springfield Tn. Is the worse store. Went to the store at 4 pm and it was closed. I ask why and the employees advised they had to put up stock.

Just went there close to closing time (9:50pm) just for a bag of grill charcoal and was turned away. Don't go there close to closing time, waste of gas and time

Just drove Al all the way there. Closed. Door locked 7pm they were inside stocking and no one would answer the phone.49w Springfield tn location

I have been shopping at this store since it opened. I go in today no one at register no one on the floor working.The store was not as clean as it usually is bare shelves. I do my shopping not much to choose from get to register and employee comes out wearing what appeared to be running clothes.Not proper attire for a work place. I didn't get a hello or anything. Very rude I know everyone is short on help but if you expect to be in business then you should have employees willing to work not there doing nothing.To many dollar stores and not enough help. If you think your to good to work then stay at home I will never return to this store.I would have given a 0 if that had been an option.i will be calling dollar general head quarters.Didn't give me my receipt or anything.

Nice clean, well stocked store. Couldn't find any alcohol. But that's every where right now. Polite helpful workers. In all, nice experience.

Customer service was Aweful. I was followed around the store, and when I got ready to check out, I had to run out to car and get more money, because I knew I spent way more than I brought in, and they acted angry, so I left EVERYTHING and left !!! Rudeness will get this store shut down at night !!!I've won 3 customer service awards in my life, and it is so much easier smiling than frowning, and having a bad attitude.

Very good! Most people are aware of the goods Dollar Store sells. This store has the most customer friendly and most helpful of any I have shopped.

Can't find the clover brand drinks anymore and I've stopped at multiple locations . Im always told they will have them next week but next week never comes . In my opinion the top brand cola companies are trying to put the store brand out of buisness because the store brand drinks are half the price and taste just as good if not better than Crush Coke Pepsi and Fanta . That diminishes Dollar Generals good savings .

Love going to small places like this. Easy to get in and out. Best thing is they accuse you of stealing just for coming in, like other places.

The cashier was very nice, but the store manager was very, very, VERY, rude. For the third time! I go there often, but I will NOT be back. Sorry. I don't like to give bad reviews, but it was uncalled for and unprofessional. Again!

This location is still new and having issues with organization and keeping shelves stocked. It's just slightly up on a hill and is a little difficult to get in and out of at the busy intersection.
