I know everything is based on day and time of your visit. I went in to renew my drivers license. From the time I walked in the door to walking out was 16 minutes. Kiosk / I-pads worked just like the should. Could not have been easier. Great Job !

Staff has bad attitude.Brought everything needed to get DL.Bill provided was regarding service starting. (Wasn’t actual bill) still had proof of address though. But still not good enough for rep.Lease provided had leasing agents signature. But not mine, I offered to sign it that moment. Rep still refused it and stated our lease would have to be rewritten. Lease with all signatures was kept by leasing agent.We are a displaced family from Maui.We currently don’t have a vehicle and have to Uber 45mins to DMV office each way.Rep and supervisor carried on a conversation about personal events for a few mins before telling us they would not accept any of our documents.I haven’t seen this level of rudeness and carelessness in quite some time. If you’re able save yourself the trouble and go to a different location.

The staff don't seem to be on the same page. First time going, the staff let my wife wait an hour for a driver's test, just to call her number and let her know the observer wasn't there. The second time, we called to ask about walk ins for drivers test and was told yes, just be there before 330. After getting her ticket, they said she needed an appointment. I'll just go to another location.

As new residents, we were completely prepared for the worst. We had the absolute best experience. In and out in 26 minutes. Super friendly people there.May not be the typical experience, but solidified our Tennessee residency with the best experience at a DMV ever.

Incorrect hours posted on Google caused large issues with scheduling. Closes at 430 pm not 5 pm. Issue is with Google not the dmv itself. But they need to change their listed hours.

The service was excellent. Miss Kim was great, but the fact that 3 employees didn't show up left everyone sitting for hours. I hope they get better workers.
