CVS offers a range of services, including coronavirus testing for eligible individuals in select states. Testing is available for those age 10 and older, with lab and rapid testing options at some locations. However, high demand may lead to delays in lab results. The Springfield, TN CVS has received mixed reviews. Many customers appreciate the helpful staff, including pharmacists and nurses, noting their consistent service over the years. One customer highlighted the prompt opening at 8 AM, which was a welcome change compared to other stores. Another praised the outstanding customer service provided by the manager, who actively assisted with finding items and self-checkout. On the other hand, some customers expressed frustration with the store's handling of errors and issues related to the CVS app, feeling that staff does not take accountability for mistakes. Despite these criticisms, there have been improvements in customer experiences, leading some to increase their ratings from low to moderate levels. Overall, while service can vary, many still value the helpfulness of the staff at this CVS location.

It took a while to decide to switch from Walgreens to CVS. What a huge difference! No long lines. No 45 minutes on hold to talk to someone. The staff actually seems engaged and cheerful. The app displays accurate information. Overall, CVS is a great customer experience. I'm glad I made the change.
