It was May 2020... My husband and I went to pick up a Uhaul somewhere in town at 7am... and it wasn't there. Uhaul texted us to go to Countryside Outdoor Power Equipment. We were scrambling and frustrated early morning... and the owner of this business greeted us with kindness and promptness at 8am. If it wasn't for him, we might not have made it to Denver on time.We do not live in Tennessee anymore but still think of, and am grateful for, the professionalism and kindness the owner showed us early that morning!! Needed a zero-turn mower and a trailer, and Mr. Rainwater hooked me up! Super friendly and informative! Never felt pressured and it was a very easy buying precess! I drove an hour there because of their google rating and they are fully deserving of the high rating, I wish I could give a sixth star!
