“I went in to open a new checking account after deciding to leave Bank of America. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. I was greeted immediately upon entering the building and was in the office of Faith within a minute of entering. Faith was very nice and super friendly. She helped me open an account, order free checks (for the over 55 crowd) and made me a Debit card on site. I left with everything I need. My only compaint if you will is their hours. They close by 5 M-F and aren't open at all on Saturdays. Very unusual. I do most of my banking online, but there are times where I do need to actually visit my bank.”
