I went to the store extremely frustrated with ATT. I was greeted by both employees and was lucky to have Brian be my customer service representative. Professional, well spoken and super knowledgeable about product and plans, Brian had me laughing and instead of parting ways with ATT he had me in a plan that suited my needs and picking a phone that suited my wants. He had me laughing and in no time it felt like I had never been frustrated at all I had definitely made what I consider a new friend.He went above and beyond by finding out what my frustrations were so that he could make sure they were addressed and not something I had to just deal with. I really CAN NOT say enough about this spectacular young man. I was ready to switch to Verizon that. Day.I hope that Brian is as recognized by management because he is definitely an asset to your company.Anytime I need to go to the ATT store I won't be dreading it, instead I will be looking forward to seeing Brian again.Michelle jackson

Went to ask where to purchase a usb cord for my new iPhone and was told that I would need to purchase a special cord because the old iPhone cords are not compatible with my vehicle. I asked if they carried the cord and he said no. Needless to say I walked over to the display on the wall and what do you know, there was the cord I had inquired about.I also asked for help with my iPhone not sending call and text notifications to my Garmin watch and the clerk brushed me off with saying the IPhones don’t really connect well with the Garmin watches. I go home and YouTube the instructions and what do you know…. I now receive call and text notifications on my Garmin watch.Customer service at its best!!

I just got new service and had decided on a deal with an iPhone and AirPods, I had everything done and went to pay. They told me I had to do the iPhone and AirPods in different transactions so after I payed for the iPhone they said the AirPods were no longer included with it once I had payed the 150 for the iPhone.

I bought an iPhone 14 but the manager gave me the wrong amount of storage, he then wondered why he couldn’t transfer my data to the new phone. He told me with barely any direction to do it at home on my computer or go to the Apple Store. The Apple Store was very helpful in explaining what was wrong and told me to go back and trade it in. I then came back to Springfield only for the manager to say there wasn’t anything he could do and to go to Hendersonville. Now I have to drive around middle Tennessee and pay extra money for his incompetence.

Walking in, we were greeted with a clean, well organized store and friendly faces on the staff. John stepped up and listened to what I wanted, recognized my daughter would also qualify for the promotion that was being offered, and waited while I called her and she joined us. Two new iPhones later, we are thrilled with our savings and the personal attention John gave us even at the end of the day. It’s wonderful to have such quality right here in Springfield instead of having to go into Clarksville or Nashville.
