This Walgreens is so easy to use with the app! The staff is friendly and helpful as well. The pharmacy has always had my prescriptions ready on time and are flexible to assist!

The Pharmacy's Manager Kayla and her entire team are unqualified and incompetent. Rude and never paying attention to detail. They routinely fill incorrect prescriptions causing multiple trips to get correct prescriptions. They are rude and take no accountability for their mistakes. Corproate should investigate, fire, and hire qualified pharmacy technicians and staff.

Pharmacy is absolutely terrible here. Dropped off a prescription and was told it would be ready by 6:30 pm, show up at 7pm and they say it will be ready by 7:45pm, drive back over for the 3rd time and they say they don’t have my prescription but they can see something is in the cue but don’t know what it is. So 3 trips and still no medication and apparently they don’t have a clue what my prescription is. Absolute trash location and a huge waste of time at this pharmacy with the rude and condescending attitude of the pharmacist.

Easily the worst customer service of any pharmacy anywhere. Los of places take my insurance, I can drive to any of them in far less time than I have to wait here.

I left Walgreens today . I did not get the name of employees.
The tall young man with “ Pride” shirt on was an asset to your company .
The young woman’s consultation was outstanding , she was very instrumental in instructions.
I regret not getting their names.
Cheerful was the lady at the front door entrance. .

The Port Royal location’s pharmacy has a unique ability to have some kind of screw up every single visit. It’s something different every time too. Truly a master class in incompetence.

The worst Walgreens, period! They fail at everything! I’ve been going here for 5 years because they’re close. 7 out of 10 times is a poor experience!Try, CVS, Kroger or Amazon before this location!

We were in line at the pharmacy drive-thru at 10 til 8. (Three cars in line.) When we pull up to the window, they turned off the lights, and closed the window. For a drug they didn’t have ready when they were supposed to earlier in the night and that we needed tonight.!!! This is my third trip. Switching all prescriptions to Kroger. They couldn’t stay open an extra three minutes? Unbelievable.

My first experience with Walgreens Pickup went horribly. The app allowed me to book pickup at the pharmacy drive thru and when I arrived I was told my handful of items wouldn't fit through the drive thru bin. I was told an employee had it ready and would bring it out to me if I pulled around to the pickup area. I waited about 15 minutes in the pickup parking before walking into the store and having a cashier hand me the bag. No thanks on Walgreens Pickup.

This walgreens pharmacy has always been great to me. They've gone above and beyond a few times and I really appreciate their human approach and the support they've provided me while looking for medicines that are sometimes hard to find.

The slowest pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. I was told my prescription was ready and I waited an hour in line for them to tell me it wasn’t even started. I then proceeded to wait another half hour after that.

I'd give 0 if I could. Walgreens rewards are horrible. I understand that whole process but you can never use them, only in small increments. And, manager and staff don't care.

I cannot help but love Walgreens. In my life it has always been a fun, easy, breezy, bother-less experience; even when I've had to visit due to illness. There is something that is always just happy about the place!
