I got my first bank account with them when I was like 15. After i graduated high school i went out of state for college. joined the military and moved to Texas and then moved to Alabama. I have continued to stay with US Bank but I still call this branch my home branch because no matter where i’m at or what the issue is a friendly person always gets it done for me right there and it’s never a wait for the solution. They always know what to do.

Ragan was the most rude employee I have ever dealt with. I came in to make a deposit and after handing it to her, she began texting on her cell phone. I took a call and she stopped texting and told me to take my call somewhere else and went back to texting. Horrible customer service.

Customer service is Amazing! If there were a rating for the employees I would give them a 10/10. They were super quick, helpful, and nice with helping me get my account fixed. Would highly recommend switching banks to this one if you've ever had a negative experience at a bank before, or are just looking for one to start your first Account. 100% would recommend using this branches services :)

Be prepared to wait. Really, one teller on a saturday? So far, ive been in line for 20 minutes, and 2 people tried to cut me because there is no official line. Go somewhere else!!!!
