US Bank apparently requires an appointment be scheduled in order to open even a standard checking account. Why even have store hours if you’re unable to accept potential new customers? How inconvenient and behind on the times this company is, this makes it especially difficult for those people who work more than the old school banking hours, and don’t have a branch location in their town.I’ve been a US Bank customer for over a decade, and I never had to schedule an appointment to open any of my accounts.

I got my first bank account with them when I was like 15. After i graduated high school i went out of state for college. joined the military and moved to Texas and then moved to Alabama. I have continued to stay with US Bank but I still call this branch my home branch because no matter where i’m at or what the issue is a friendly person always gets it done for me right there and it’s never a wait for the solution. They always know what to do.

I love this branch more than Jesus Christ loves playing with his belly button (It's in the Bible... LOOK IT UP). Ms. Allie is super sweet and helped me build the ultimate Yu-Gi-Oh take to become card master. Jamie the manager is in a band I am 72% confident I threw my bra at when he played a show, which is super weird because I'm a man and don't wear them. Ragan gives me free money and helps me steal Tylenol PM to give to the youth. I freakin LOVE U.S. Bank. My only complaint is one time I asked them for a Denny's gift card and Allie the teller said "This is bank we don't have Denny's gift card." So I threw a big ol tantrum and threatened to close my account for something that wasn't her fault, but Jamie came out to pat my head and tell me I was a good boy, then let me color. What a sweet wholesome man. I like Cats. #Biden2020

Ragan was the most rude employee I have ever dealt with. I came in to make a deposit and after handing it to her, she began texting on her cell phone. I took a call and she stopped texting and told me to take my call somewhere else and went back to texting. Horrible customer service.

They're always great whenever I hand them a bag of change that I need bills for. They don't complain. They're very nice and helpful!

Banking here for a few years now. Great staff. Always helpful. And where can you bank on a Saturday or a Sunday when you need to? No where except U.S. Bank in the Wal Mart and Port Royal Krogers in Spring Hill. Great bank to work with. Someone got into my account during 2018 Christmas and they froze my accounts and stopped someone from ripping me off of over $1500 bucks for a plane ticket. Took only minutes to fix over the phone and I got new ATM cards at this branch the same day and I was back in business. Best bank I have ever worked with.
