The website for booking was very misleading. I selected a truck that was $0.79 per mile. To my surprise at pickup, the charge was $0.99 per mile for "weekends". I guess I missed the fine print. I was stuck and had no time to find another truck. I will submit this review and never hear anything back from UHaul as usual with these types of surveys. I will book with other moving companies in the future.

Very friendly and helpful associate helped me with two returns this week (both of which were set to be returned to another location, but the transitions to returning them here were quick and seamless thanks to the knowledgeable staff.)

Friendly helpful staff. My vehicle’s 4 prong was found to be defective; thus I cancelledMy U haul reservation (tail lights on one side not working). Staff promptly refunded my accounts.The road location of facility is overgrown making some difficult pulling in and out. The facility lot for hook up is small and crowded making maneuvering tedious for a novice like me.

I had booked a reservation for a 20ft truck online for a 4pm pick up. When I arrived at the location there was nobody there to let me in.I called the 800 number to eventually get a live person. I was then told I needed to call a local number and that they would help me. I called this local number several times, each time it would answer and say thanks for calling U haul, your call is important to us. Then it would hang up on me.Since my move was planned for the next day at 7am this was very frustrating for me. I tried logging in to the site to see if the code was there and it said my password was incorrect. I reset it and it still said incorrect. St this point I called several other U haul places to find a truck.Not a great experience at all especially during a stressful time such as moving.

I picked up a UHaul in one location in Spring Hill, was told to drop off at this location and there was special notes in system not to charge me for dropping off in different location. So, Monday I checked my bank account and there was a 380.00 charge, I called this location where I dropped the truck off at, and female on phone stated that she didnt know how to put it in the system, SO she didnt bother to call someone and ask how to do it, she just took it upon herself to charge the 380.00. Its been a NIGHTMARE, another thing I dislike about UHAUL instead of charging me the difference in mileage they just made a whole'nother charge, SO I have 3 charges 79 (estm. charge) 380 (charge from dropping it off another location) and the FINAL charge of 113.....NEVER again, Ill pay in cash with a cash deposit and request cash back!!
