“First of all, I must begin with the rental process. Before calling Penske, I called UHAUL. I could not believe that they couldn’t guarantee that I would have a truck available on the day that I needed it, but they wanted my bank info to reserve it, and they are not open on Saturday. WHAT???!!! I wouldn’t find out if they had a truck until a few days before I needed it. Then, it may be at a different location!!!! WHAT???!!! So, I thought of Penske and I said “SO LONG, UHAUL!!!” “Hello PENSKE!” Penske not only GUARANTEES the truck THEY ARE CHEAPER!!!! And they are open on Saturday and Sunday!!! Anyway, I go to pick up the truck and even though my size truck was not there Penske rented me a larger truck for the same price and my bill was cheaper because my size truck was not available! PENSKE!!!PENSKE!!!!PENSKE!!!! Thank Youuuuuu for YOUR SERVICE!!!! As I was driving I noticed so many Penske trucks on the road. I said, “YEPPPPPP, I KNOWWWWW WHY!!!””
