A straightforward courteous staff. We purchased 4 tires and they even beat Costco’s price and included a free oil change and wheel alignment. That’s now our go to place for tires.

Aaron was a tremendous help!
Came to visit my kids in TN from OH 2 years ago and bought tires for my daughter. On this trip we got a flat and used them again, experience was just a great! Comforting to know I can have my kids come to them and trust them. They’ve got loyal customers from Ohio!!

I was told that they couldn't do an alignment because I needed tie rods and ball joints I went and got a second opinion and found out I didn't need either

I give a 2 star rating because I do not want to blame the employees I spoke with directly. I had some vibration and alignment issues driving so I called for an appointment to bring my Mustang in. Charlie, a manager, got me in within the hour without an appointment in advance. He also drove my vehicle with me in the passenger seat to identify the issue. Apparently all 4 of my tires had bald spots. They ordered the new tires and installed them all on the same day I called. Now here is where my experience worsens. One of the tires had a faulty valve stem and I drove to work. My PSI dropped below 15 before I could get home. It was below 10 before I could get air in it and how it stayed on the rim I have no idea. So a little annoyed but they fix it. During the process using the tire iron one of them gouged my rim around the nut. I have solid black rims and I cannot get that knick buffed out. New rim is required. I did not have a good picture up close to prove they did it (like I take my tires off myself, can't even jack that Mustang up) I decided not to let them work on my tires again even though I have 3 years of free rotation and alignment. Then they give me a free oil change for my $1500 tires but the oil change required 10 quarts and they charged $30 for labor. Total $161 for a synthetic oil change they valued at 89. They subtracted the value of the oil change from the total and expected me to pay the $50 difference. They waived the cost which is the only reason I bothered to explain this review. Why give me that voucher? You know what I drive before you sent it. Don't advertise it as free with a 30 day risk of expiration if you are adding labor costs in. You look at the thing that they sent me and tell me it don't mislead you?

Took two hours to do a simple oil change. Waited while 4 other people were helped before me and left and they had actual tire and break services done. Very unprofessional don’t recommend for oil change at all.

I brought my 2019 Highlander to get a windshield wiper switch replaced that the GM Charlie told me it needed . They put the switch on and then told me it wasn’t the issue. So after diagnosing the issue wrong they still wanted to charge me for labor. I refused to pay for the labor and they took it off. They put new plugs in my 2019 Highlander on the same visit and quoted me 620 for the parts and labor. When I went to pick up my vehicle Aaron who quoted me 620.00 charged me 793.00. What they did is charge me more for the labor on the plugs in order to make up for the labor they didn’t charge me for the mis diagnosed wiper switch while making me think they didn’t charge me for the wiper switch labor. I realized the fast one Charlie and Aaron pulled when I got home. I am filing a complaint with the attorney generals office. We need regulations that are monitored by the state and the feds in this space. Spring Hill has a lot of dishonest shops in this area. The state of Tennessee isn’t looking out for the public. Integrity guys Integrity. Consumer Beware!

Drove 30 minutes after calling and making sure they had my tires in stock. I get there and the guy at the counter is not the same one that I spoke to on the phone. He was very rude, and tried to sell me on a different tire after saying the tires that I drove here for were not in stock. A complete waste of my time. I bought my last set of tires and my brother’s tires from here but will never return after this.

Both times I’ve been here my tires didn’t get rotated and it’s supposed to be included with the oil change.
