I’ve been banking with Truist little over a year now ! This branch isn’t the issue they are so well rounded and so nice & welcoming! The issue is with Truist themselves! Truist has not only lied to me from the very beginning! Truist has weaved their way into your money ! They make you think they are the best bank but they aren’t over my course of business with Truist we’ve only been treated like a number and not clients ! Customer care team will not help you at all they believe that they worked for your money and to make your mad after spending numerous of hours on the phone yesterday it was finally apparent that a lawyer was to get involved in helping retrieve my funds ! If they ever say open a new check account and get x amount of money you will never receive that money it’s just to get you join ! If they tell you they are going to do something they don’t ! If they tell you your money safe they don’t have our money safe they have no idea of where the money is or going ! If you are going to bank with Truist get your seatbelt on for the ride majority of the time if you need something done ect you are going to be doing their job ! They will make you work for everything you have dispute you have to send all this information to them with in 5 days but they are allowed to process over three months

Great Customer service and Yes , they shoot straight with you, answer all questions when deciding on opening an Account etc. Being new in town matters to us as we need to find a Bank that has Great customer services and they Speak English. We Fired Wells Fargo yrs ago, Fired Regions bank too as it was Scary too see such horrible customer service at Wells Fargo, Poor English skills at Wells Fargo, and Regions along with Chase failed miserably to answer all our Questions.Truist bank got the job done in a timely manner!Praise God For Truist Bank !

I got to Truist bank on Main st. at 12:45 knowing they closed at 1 but still hoping I had enough time to get an account made and be able to walk out with a debit card. Jill Rosenberg the branch leader took me at the desk and was checking to see if the person who would usually do this was available turns out he was busy with another customer. She immediately willingly took me to her office and did it herself staying an extra 20 minutes to make sure I got what I went there for when she didn't have to do that. I just appreciate how willingly she was was to help me.

After finding out and watching a video of the drag show for kids in Murfreesboro TN, and seeing actual sponsorship from this bank, i urge Christians and non who oppose indoctrination of this evil perverted grown men towards our children, I would also suggest banning and helping this bank in particular to file bankruptcy and leave Tennessee nice the way it is...

Spoke to their branch leader and she answered all the questions we had. We ended up choosing to move from regions to truist because of the service. Overall, the experience has been wonderful so far.

No customer service. We had a auto loan with this bank and they merged and now are Truist. I have been trying to call them for tax information since I cannot get anything from the web site. I have been on hold for over an hour many times just to have the call disconnected. There is no email or chat on their web site. Three weeks and I cannot get through to this bank!! I received an email 3/13 that tax info is not available online and everyone would need to call. What a joke! Tax info is supposed to be sent in January not the middle of March!! If I have problems with the irs because if them I will find a lawyer to do a class action law Suite. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BANK!! I would not trust them with 1 dollar of my money!!!

We wrote our grandson a check on our Suntrust account. He went to a different Suntrust branch to cash it, and they charged him $7.00. Since when does a bank charge a fee to cash one of their own checks?? Absurd and greedy!
