The staff is willing to help clients, with the branch leader personally ensuring needs are met, even staying late to complete tasks. Customers report a wonderful overall experience, choosing Truist for its service over other banks. The bank shoots straight with people when deciding on opening an account. For health and safety, some services are temporarily adjusted, including offering teller services through drive-thru lanes only and in-person visits by appointment only. Some branches without drive-thrus remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.

Spoke to their branch leader and she answered all the questions we had. We ended up choosing to move from regions to truist because of the service. Overall, the experience has been wonderful so far.
