I swore I’d never be that person who leaves a bad review, but if I can save your money, then so be it.When I first started using the car wash in S Rutherford in Murfreesboro, it was great! So I bought a monthly membership. $40/month for unlimited washes? Yes please! But for the past 2 months, it has gone to hell. They barely spray your front end, where they used to actually take a brush to your grill and back bumper. The rollers inside the car wash don’t even touch the passenger side of the car anymore, and when you say something, they just shrug. I have even contacted corporate to let them know that, maybe they need to be recalibrated. No one seems to care. In my opinion, I should not have to work twice as hard to wash my car after I’ve paid money to have my car washed.Service: Vacuuming

This has to be the worst business in Murfreesboro. I have tried to.ca cel a wash membership for 4 months Noone seems to know what they are doing so in hind sight I'm out over 100 dollars due to incompetent management. Have went in and spoke with 2 different managers and they do nothing saying they can't refund it has to come from their boss. She is yet to contact me. I suggest any other car wash in town. TOMMY'S CAR WASH ON OLD FORT IS EXCELLENT. DRIVE RIGHT BY TAKE 5 UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF WHEN YOU NO LONGER NEED THEIR SERVICES

Used them once and it was good. Went back today, got the $25 wash, and it was still dirty. The rep said it was because it was tree sap. Well, I always park where I do, and it always comes off. He gave me a customer service free wash, which the machine only used the first two side scrubbers, and nothing else. There was three vehicles ahead of me that left soapy and dirty as well. What a waste of $25

This Carwash started off with good customer service but quickly turned to the worst customer service experience I've ever had by any business. This has been a carwash nightmare! The employees at the S Rutherford location in Murfreesboro, TN are extremely unprofessional and rude. Good luck trying to cancel your service. I gave more than 10 days notice, went back and forth through email to receive confirmation, tried the online chat, and had five separate phone calls with representatives trying to cancel. They assured me I would not be charged for renewal and I was still charged. Through the entire process no one ever tried to make right or apologize for the situation that led to me cancelling.The situation that led to me cancelling: I pulled up and the members lane was blocked by someone being helped by an employee. (at other locations you can go through any line) Seeing the hold up, I pulled into another lane thinking I could go on through with my member pass. The gate did not raise and so I waited for a staff member to help and let me through. I waited patiently and was fine with waiting as I wasn't in a huge rush that day. The staff helping the other customer continued helping them for about 5-6 more minutes (again that was just fine). When they finished with the customer I assumed they would assist me through. Instead they turned, stared at my vehicle from afar, slowly approached my car then yelled at me from only 5 feet away "MEMBERS go through the other line." I was taken aback but calmly started to explain why I had chosen the line I did. Before I could get three words out he yelled again "MEMBERS go through the the other line." I backed up, and calmly pulled to the other lane. The gate didn't raise. I was yelled at again to back up. I finally went through the wash (mortified and embarrassed at this point) and decided it best to go home and cancel my wash membership. I submitted notice online, read about their policy to give 7 days notice before the next charge (I was still 12 days out from being charged again so figured there would be time). I explained why I was cancelling.The next day, I received no response so I went through the online chat. They gave canned responses and said a rep would reach out. Another day passed and I received no response. I called the corporate number only to get a voicemail. I left a voicemail with a return call number. I received no response (still haven't). I went through the chat again and waited 45 minutes for any response. Received none. The following day I left a second voicemail. The weekend went by, I had my husband call (at this point I was done and just wanted the service cancelled). He called reached a rep and they assured service was cancelled. They said they would send confirmation email but did not. He called the following day (at this point we both had communicated with this company nearly every day for the past 7 days) they again assured him of the cancellation and said an email would be sent (we confirmed the email address) Nothing was sent. He called a third day in a row. Again was assured service was cancelled but no confirmation was sent. The following day my account was charged for renewal (earlier than expected).I would love to talk with a district or store manager and welcome them to respond to this review! I am doubtful anything will come of it and am now pursuing action with my credit card company to dispute charges.

It is genuinely a lovely experience from the first attendant helping me decide what kind of wash I want all the way to the free vacuums after I get the wash! I truly love it here!Services: Polishing

Amazing peeps at the wash; ran off the tracks and forgot to put my car in neutral, but they never once made me feel stupid. I found a family and life long friends. Te amo mucho??????????

The car wash is fine. Good even. But we stopped using it and I cancelled the account. Fast forward 2 months and they’re still charging my card. I’ve spent more time with customer service than I ever did at the car wash. I’ve answered the same questions about my account at least half a dozen times. Talked to just as many agents. Went to my own bank who can only cancel the card to make them stop. Don’t give this company your information if you think you might ever cancel your account. I’ve still not gotten this resolved.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

I love this car wash, it's easy to get in and out of. I had a piece of weather stripping come off and was too short to put it back on and they came to my short shyt rescue!! Thanks team!!!

I cancelled my membership 10 days before the next billing cycle and received confirmation email from company that my account would be deactivated effective 8/9/2023. Yet, on 8/11/2023 they again withdrew 39.99 from my account and, to date, have yet to refunded this fraudulent withdrawal, despite my emailing confirmation of their error.

Do not get a monthly subscription with this company!!! I canceled well before renewal and they still charged me. It's been a month and despite 4 or 5 calls to them no one is even responding. Trash customer service.You will see that they responded below, but when you call that# no one answers. You're either forced to leave a vm or get a call back. Someone MIGHT call back but they'll also tell you they can't help you and that they forward your info to someone who will call back. When you ask when to expect the call back...they'll tell you "we don't know and can't say". Absolutely useless.I came up to the shop and there was no supervisor available.Take 5...u owe me money. Make it right.

Way too pushy to get you to buy a more expensive wash or subscription plan. It's a good wash but it is annoying to talk to the staff as they beg you to pay them.

Great people am good wash I didn't have to wash it two times. There was one guy running the whole place. Great job
