The guy working there was very rude and unhelpful. Did not want to help me buy a new phone and acted like I was a burden. I will be switching to another carrier after this experience.

I have always had excellent service at this T-Mobile location, and today was no exception. I thought I’d cracked my iPhone screen, but it ended up only being cracked on the screen protector, thankfully! Ella was very friendly and helpful in dealing with this issue. ???

Every single time I go to this store there is always an issue. Half the time there systems are down the other time they can’t verify my account it’s getting ridiculous. I bought a protection plan that they’re suppose to replace my screen cover if anything goes wrong and I went in there today on a Saturday and the employee told me that they couldn’t fix my screen without a manager present. How does a manager have anything to do with fixing a screen cover it literally takes them less than 2 minutes to do. I’m about to switch companies because there is always an issue here. I do not recommend this location.

The Spring Hill, TN location has the worst customer service. Especially, when you are speaking with a young women who work there. I recently purchased a new phone for my wife and was informed that they were out of stock and would need to order it and that it would be delivered to our home in two days. I ordered it last week and have still not received the device. I stopped in this store today to determine why we have not received the phone and was informed that we must continue to wait for it. With this individuals lack of customer service, she should have a job as she has no customer service skills. From now on, I will need to take this into consideration and may not return to T-Mobile in the future.

I'm currently in this store, and I must say that this is the worst experience I've ever had. My wife asked for assistance from the retail manager, Javier, and his response was outright rude and condescending. Rather than helping us, he treated us as if we were an annoyance. His tone was patronizing, and he made us feel completely insignificant. As I type this review from inside the store, I'm still shocked by his unprofessionalism. We will not only be leaving without getting what we needs, but we will also make sure to tell everyone we know about this horrific experience. Avoid this place at all costs; customer service here is a total disaster.

Most helpful and efficient T-Mobile store I’ve been to by far. The manager, Josalice went above and beyond to quickly help me replace my shattered iPhone. 10/10 customer service I will be returning!

As I stand in this store with my husband, I feel compelled to share the terrible experience we've just had. We approached the retail manager, Javier, for assistance, only to be met with a condescending and dismissive attitude. His lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help has left me feeling belittled and disrespected. It's clear that customer care is not a priority here, and I'm both shocked and disappointed by the way we've been treated. I strongly urge others to think twice before shopping at this establishment. We'll certainly continue to share this with others

T-Mobile is a great cell phone carrier with competitive prices, fast data speeds, and a large 5G network. However, their coverage in rural areas is not as good as the competition. Overall, T-Mobile is a good choice for people who live in metropolitan areas and want a reliable and affordable cell phone plan.

Wow!! I have been with sprint for 25 years and finally merged my plan to T-Mobile. I had so many problems getting that done that I finally had to go into the store.Thankfully the staff at 3URS was easy to work with and super helpful. They were also able to manage my stress and bad attitude (phone frustration) because I had already spent hours trying to solve it on my own.They helped me call sprint so I could fully merge to T-Mobile. They were helping other customers while I was there with humor, team work and patience. They are awesome and I’m thankful they were ready to work and now I’m all set and problem solved.Really great staff at this location!!!

Went to the t mobile the new store in Thompson Station had a huge problem with my phone Austin at this Tmobile spent 2 hrs with me and samsung support trying to fix my phone.Austin was successful and I highly recommended that if your looking for a new phone or service that you visit Austin at the T mobile store in Thompson Station..thanks austin

Under new management, and WOW! I've never had such a seamless, simple, pleasant experience at a cell phone store. I went in for an upgrade, and even though the phone I wanted wasn't in-stock, everything was ordered, explained, and done in less than 25 minutes. Einar is a great manager, and I was so impressed by this location. There are other T-Mobile locations closer to our home, but I will drive the extra time to come back to this one. Can't wait to get my new phone in the mail.

Just switched to T Mobile from AT&T because we wanted better customer service and I have to say… its way better!! We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in and we had a bunch of questions for the employees and they were more than happy to answer them.
