My mother and I have been going here for the last nine years. We unfortunately had to put our beloved dog down last week. Doctor Poynor is so committed to her patients. She fell in love with our dog so much that we all got emotional as we said our goodbyes. Even though we were not able to save his life, Doctor Poynor worked hard EVEN WHEN SHE HAD HER OWN SCHEDULE to make sure we did everything we could. We think about our boy every day.

We have taken our pets to this vet for years. When we had to put our dog down she was extra caring and didn't try to rush us with the decision. The vet is always friendly and helpful. We would recommend this vet to anyone.

This was my and my cat's first visit to this vet clinic, and I really liked how they treated my kitty. Stuff was nice and ready to listen, and there was no pushy on any unnecessary treatments.Usually, my cat "hates" and ignores me for a while after doctor's visits and shots, but not this time.

We have used Spring Hill Veterinary Clinic for 14 years. Dr. Poynor and her staff are outstanding . They are attentive to your pet's needs as well as those of the pet owners. In the last 14 years, Dr. Poynor dealt with a number of our pet's ailments (blindness, diabetes and mange to name a few) providing superb treatment plans in each case. To sum it up-- Dr. Poynor and her staff CARE.

Had a great visit with our puppy! Very friendly and knowledgeable vet and staff! Much more affordable than the pet shop vet clinics! They even sent us home with samples!
