3 stars because of Shell. Over half the time I go in to purchase something, the cashiers are kind of snappy or look disappointed to see you. Happened today with one lady who I won’t name. Normally I’d refrain from posting a review, but don’t expected to be greeted or have a smile returned here.

Employee very disrespectful I come here everyday purchased a drink and waited for a friend to meet me there after they arrived I went to use their restroom and was told I couldn't and if I didn't leave the store she would call the cops I have never had any experience like this at this store ever and was very disappointed and shocked hope to see a manger of some kind deal with this issue that's not acceptable to say to a customer especially when I purchase something everyday never been rude or disrespectful to the staff

Used to be a good friendly place to stop in. Could always count on it being clean and friendly. But over the last three months things have changed. The place isn't kept as clean and the people aren't friendly. You would think with the new race track opening they would go out if their way to get better vs going down hill.

The mid grade gas price was 50 cents higher than the regular price today. I have never experienced that much of a increase between regular to mid- grade. I use to manage a full service station in Atlanta and the owner would “Never†do that price increase to the public. I see that as price gouging!!!!! I am very disappointed to see a business take advantage of the hard working people of Springhill, Tn!!!!

It clean. Food and drinks a little on the high side when it comes to price. Gas is higher than some, but at least the fuel rewards off set some of that.

I always go to Shell stations. It's worth it to me because of the Fuel Rewards card. I'm up to saving .10 cents per gallon now. It adds up when you use a lot of gas.
