Staff that took care of me charged me twice for the wrong item (2 Red Bulls instead of UP Time energy drink)which was more expensive and then when I asked for a refund gave me half of what the refund was $5.50 which the refund should’ve been $8+

Port Royal Shell has been pretty consistent recently. The pumps and the area outside always seems like it gets attention, great job on that, nothing is worst than seeing overfill trash cans. Inside, you can tell Noone is a fan of cleaning the restrooms ( men's atleast). Store floors always look swept and mopped. And I saved the best part for last....great job on keeping the same crew. It's been very consistent and it's great to always see the same smiling face instead of a new one behind the counter every day! Keep up the great work at this location!!! ?

Went into store for a bag of ice. They had 5 bins which all were empty. Had to drive down the road to Dollar General to get 1 bag of ice..

Nasty store. Diesel fuel slime mixed with dirt all around the pumps. Can’t put gas in the car without getting it all over your shoes. Nasty management It is not a 1 time thing. It’s like this all the time.

Always out of receipt paper, Shell mobile pay app stopped working at this station only, took them a week to get the fire department out due to a pump leaking fuel, stopped reporting sales to Upside app, the list goes on!

I feel bad writing a negative review, especially since the interior of the store seems well-organized and the employees are kind. However, three of the last four times that I've visited the machines were out of receipt paper (I was driving for business, so I needed receipts in order to get reimbursed). The air machine was broken when I tried to use it in February, and they were out of Diesel fuel/the Diesel pumps didn't work on another recent visit. The location seems new and is really well maintained and clean, so hopefully these issues are all sorted out!
