We've had an exceptional experience at Primrose Spring Hill, where both of our children have thrived from infancy on. From our very first interaction, the front desk staff welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a truly remarkable journey. The teachers here are nothing short of wonderful, combining expertise with genuine care to create a nurturing and educational environment where our kids have grown in every possible way.Our son started in the infant room and graduated from kindergarten, fully prepared for the next step in his academic journey. Our daughter, following in her brother's footsteps, will soon be graduating, and while we are excited to see her progress, the thought of leaving this school fills us with sadness. The bonds we've formed here, the growth we've witnessed, and the love and care our children have received are unparalleled. To the front desk staff (especially Chrissy) who always greeted us with smiles and made every day brighter, and to the teachers, who have been instrumental in our children's development, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We cannot recommend Primrose highly enough to other parents. It's been a joy and a privilege to be a part of this community, and we will miss it greatly.

We switched to Primrose several months ago from another local daycare after feeling like our daughter wasn't receiving the level of attention we expected. I can't say enough good things about Primrose! We truly feel grateful for the staff that care about our sweet girl. They greet us every single time we pass them and treat her as a member of their family. You can tell that they truly care about her, constantly teaching her new things such as how to wash her hands and different ways to communicate. I cannot even put into words the thankfulness I feel when dropping off my child and feeling that she is totally safe, I almost want to cry at the happiness that we found such a wonderful place! One other thing I am impressed by is the staffing at Primrose. It seems like such a well-oiled machine - each staff member doesn't seem like they are stretched too thin - and it truly seems like they are valued employees. Primrose is more expensive than other daycares in the area, but I am more than happy to pay more when I know it is going straight to the wonderful staff members who completely deserve it!

This school is AMAZING. My daughter really bloomed and learned so much while she was there. The staff is incredible and cares about your kids. One of the only places I will ever trust to put my kids in daycare/school.

Hands down the best school in Spring Hill! I have two children who go here and it’s been the best decision for my family. They are at opposite sides of the halls and I feel confident they are always safe and taken care of. The teachers, staff, and Leadership Team are always friendly and greeting you with a smile! The Owners and Area Director do a wonderful job making sure the school and their employees are always taken care of. If you are looking for a wonderful school Primrose School of Spring Hill is the place to be!

We have been so lucky for PR Spring Hill the last few years with our 2 girls. I always felt this loving energy by staff and teachers, which our kids felt too. Years of care here later, my kids are thriving in their own ways and have a love for learning that is so important to me as a mom. Management always- every time- handled our questions or challenges with our kids with such diligence, care and grace, it truly amazed my husband and I how well run ‘school’ is. There’s definitely a lot of happy teamwork that makes this possible for kids and it’s not unnoticed and so appreciated for my kids growth and support during these formative years. Well done PR Spring Hill! Very highly recommend!!

We highly recommend Primrose. Primrose is hands-down the best childcare and education center in Spring Hill. If we could give it 10-stars, we would! They are world-class in their approach with a thoughtful curriculum of balanced learning; their facilities are always orderly, clean, and inviting; and most of all, the teachers are well-trained and create a fun and loving environment for our kids. The app keeps us posted throughout the day with fun photos, videos, and important updates. Even throughout COVID, their communication has been thorough, and they've made the necessary pivots quickly and as seamlessly as possible. Our girls have developed so much in the past few years, and we are so grateful for the education and care they receive. Thank you, Primrose!

My daughter attended here when they first opened in Spring Hill and we had a very good experience. However, we decided to enroll our younger child a few years later and it was a very different experience. Our son started in the older toddler room and progressed up through the early-preschool room with no issues. When he moved into the official preschool room in August 2018, everything changed and we started receiving almost daily calls for behavioral issues. We went back and forth with the school to find a solution for a few months and ended up removing him. He, unfortunately, encountered a very poor teacher who, to this day (almost 2 years later) still has a negative effect on him.The positive note of this feedback is that it started our family on a journey for about 18 months to determine if something was going on with our son. His behavior that started at Primrose continued and was a red flag that something wasn't right. This year, we finally received a diagnosis of High Functioning Autism and Sensory Integration Disorder. We used our experience at this Primrose as a point in time where things came to the surface.Another positive outcome of our experience with our son at Primrose is that it showed me how to advocate for my son in order to ensure he has the same opportunities and success' as his typical peers. At Primrose, the problematic teacher cast him out and kept him to the side. I saw this frequently. Sadly, the behaviors my son was displaying, while not pleasant, were completely within the normal realm for a child on the Spectrum and with Sensory issues. There are very simple and established ways to de-escalate these situations, but everything that was done in these rooms would always escalate the behavior. It does not take any special tools or books to resolve the behavior. Primrose did not even know where to begin. The teacher isolated my son so frequently, that I had doctors, therapists, and teachers tell me that they could tell Connor knew he was a problem and always thought he was in trouble. A teacher, at ANY level of education, should NEVER make a student feel this way. To this day, almost 2 years later, this is still part of the damage that we are trying to undo. The teacher was not trained or qualified to deal with any atypical children. If the child didn't fit perfectly into the puzzle, she did not know what to do. Unfortunately, my son paid the price for this. While I am so glad that we have a diagnosis now and an amazingly supportive team around us, I only wish that Primrose and other Early Childhood Centers would realize that they can play a critical role in early detection of delays, disabilities, etc. While they cannot diagnose, having a strong background in ECD should enable them to be well educated in Early Childhood issues in order to give parents some advice, support, guidance, etc. As Primrose is a well known name in the ECD field, I truly expected a different outcome and more support. Our son didn't need a "special school" or any "special services". He is COMPLETELY thriving in a Pre-K program right now with typical peers (and will begin Kindergarten on time!) and has an absolutely amazing teacher (with no special needs background) who is loving, supportive, and encouraging; a complete contrast from what we experience at Primrose. She is a natural teacher, who just radiates love and encouragement. More teachers like her are needed, especially for our young learners.

Primrose is INCREDIBLE! We transitioned our two sons to Primrose last January. We have been absolutely thrilled with our decision to move our boys at the time, 2 and 4 from our previous daycare center. At Primrose the staff is incredible. Every teacher we have experienced has been amazing. The teachers are dedicated to the kids and provide timely communication to the parents. Most importantly the curriculum is OUTSTANDING. My kids are truly learning everyday and I know being prepped for Kindergarten. Primrose is truly a SCHOOL. As working parents, the biggest element we were most happy about was the professionalism of the Office Staff and their approach in working with the families regardless of topic. I have visited every school in the greater Franklin/Spring Hill area and I can tell you that Primrose is EVERYTHING.

Outstanding! We have two children at this location. The staff is professional and the teachers are like family to our kids. They take every issue seriously and create a great environment for learning. The meal plan is also oustanding. It provides piece of mind that they are fueled and healthy for a day of play and learning.

We love Primrose! We transferred to Primrose Spring Hill from another Primrose in Atlanta, and the transition could not have been smoother. Every staff member is friendly and welcoming, and the facility is clean and well kept. Our little girl absolutely loves her teachers and so do we. The Primrose curriculum is top notch. Our little girl learns something new everyday, and we this in action from her daily reports and pictures that we receive. We highly recommend Primrose Spring Hill!

Primrose School of Spring Hill opened in December, and we started in February. Since the beginning, we all felt comfortable and welcomed. My oldest is heading off to kindergarten in the fall and is prepared! My youngest amazes me everyday with knowledge of shapes, colors, and vocabulary. If you're looking for a daycare/preschool with a family atmosphere where the teachers and management truly care, this is it!

We have had our child enrolled for over 6 months now and couldn't be happier. Having now experienced multiple teachers as our child has moved up in the classrooms, I can say that EVERY staff member that we've encountered has been an absolute pleasure and seems to truly enjoy their work. It makes leaving our child every day easier, especially when she is so excited to get there and see her teachers and friends.

Staff turn over rate is very high. The individual teachers are amazing. They love the children and do a great job in the classroom. Hate how many of them quit and leave :(
