We have a thirteen year old Chiweenie who was a rescue and now very much a "home- body". We do not know much of her first year and can only assume it was rough. She hates to leave the house and can not wait to return home. The various trips to the vet and groomer are stressful for her. We tried mobile grooming, but the cost involved was becoming too much for a fixed income. We have used Pooch Playhouse for their boarding services in the past and were very pleased. We decided to try PP for their grooming services. We took our little dog Whitney and could not be happier with the results. Her appointment was quick, and felt she was in good and caring hands. The cost for grooming was very reasonable. We are very pleased with Pooch Playhouse, and we would recommend them.

This is a great place for grooming! They have always done a great job on out pups. Prices are about the rates in the industry. The place is always super clean and the groomers and very nice and experienced. Other folks are just as nice and the place runs very smoothly. Only downside is that their calander fills up so fast!

I am so sad we are moving back to Michigan. My little girl loved coming here. She always ran to the door and was rather impatient if she had to wait one minute to go meet her friends. I know the staff love the dogs they take care of, and they were always friendly and engaging when I dropped her of or picked her up.

I called in 2 days ago to make an appointment with the groomer we have used for 17 years. The girl who answered the phone proceeded to tell me that you guys were booked up through September and that our groomer that we have used since our dog has been alive "was not taking new clients" - I am not a new client - I told her this 3xI gave her my number and asked that our groomer contact us. Nobody ever contacted us. I guess you guys are too busy? Telling people you are booked up through September and not calling back is horrendous customer service. Will take my business elsewhere.

Went in to get info and called to make a reservation made several calls never got a call back. Could not imagine boarding my dogs with a facility that does not return phone calls. :(

We absolutely love bringing our dog here! The staff are super friendly and attentive. Charlie could play here everyday and never get enough. It’s the happiest we’ve ever seen him!Highly recommend this spot for your pup! ?

My dog passed their in-house temperament test and trial play-date, so I took him here for almost a year. Then, the owner decided to tell me that he "doesn't play well" and that they didn't want him back. Interesting considering this comment came roughly a week after I paid for a block of visits in advance. When I picked him up, I asked the girl how he did and her response was "he was great! he has tons of energy". Now I take him to a different day care in Franklin where he has been going consistently without any problems or negative feedback. Can't help but to feel like I got ripped off for $200.
