We have many fish and fish tanks. Our son wanted a fish for his birthday and was given a gift card to get all the things. They went in and the manager refused to sell them a fish until they had taken the tank and other items home and set up an environment. My 8 year old who was so excited was crushed that he didn’t get to take home a fish. We spent the gift card on the tank and took our business elsewhere for the fish and additional items. We will go to a different store next time for our fish and dog needs.

I don't recommend anyone go to this store. The staff is unprofessional and poorly trained in customer service, particularly the store manager. I've been trying to get my dog's nails groomed for over three weeks and have encountered constant excuses.
The first time, I booked an appointment but needed to reschedule. They accepted the new time via text, but when I arrived, they told me the grooming manager had left without informing anyone, so I had to reschedule again.
The next time, I requested a nail trim and a bath for my dog, but they refused to bathe him due to a matted spot in his fur and said he needed grooming instead. I agreed, but the same staff member said they were too busy, even though I had an appointment. They only trimmed his nails and rescheduled me for a third time.
When I arrived for the third appointment, the same staff member claimed my dog was trying to bite her and refused to accept him. I tried to explain that he's a 10-month-old puppy just trying to play, but she insisted we leave. When I raised my voice in frustration, the store manager arrived, did not listen to my concerns, and asked me to take my dog and leave.

Came in recently to get an entire aquarium setup for my kids. Einar helped us get everything we needed, he took the time to explain what to do, answered all of our questions. We went back a few days later to get the fish and were happy to see he was there - he was just as helpful and patient as the first visit. We did run into some issues at home (our error) and when we went back to the store, Einar took care of us and made us feel a lot better about the future success of our tank. He really knows his stuff and I appreciate his level of customer service. It seems to be a lost quality these days. This guy deserves a promotion!

We had a scheduled grooming appointment and it was canceled morning of. Not a very good first impression based off of other reviews here, we will be going somewhere else.

Store was messy and didn’t smell good. Aisles had unpacked merchandise on the floor with no staff in site. There was one person ahead of me in line carrying on lengthy conversation with cashier.

The staff at this Petco is a joke. The first time I came in seven minutes late for my dog grooming appointment, and I automatically got rescheduled by a tall thing girl. She said I was late and it gets automatically put onto walk-in mode and somebody walked in and took my appointment. So I proceeded to stick around and there was no one grooming. Any dogs for the next 30 minutes until a lady walked in with her poodle. So I bring her in a second time and there’s three girls chitchatting in the back and then finally one comes out And feels my dogs ears and tells me she can’t groom her today, because her ears were matted,

Horrible! The grooming department canceled my appointment and when I called 15 min later, they just told me it was filled! Waited to get appointment. Horrible horrible service!! Never going. Also the groomer was Hannah that must have cancelled.

I went in to replace a leash which was somehow snagged in a weird way. The associate looked at it and voila fixed it. I of course bought other things but unfortunately didn’t get his name but should be mentioned great attitude and can tell enjoys working there.
