I really don’t like boarding my dog because she’s a bit high maintenance, but I could tell right away that Rachel would take wonderful care of my baby. When I picked Sheba up she was so glad to see me and Rachel told me that she did great while she was there. I will definitely use pampered pet resort in the future.

My dogs love going here so much they run right into the kennel room. They are happy and worn out every time I pick them up. Super friendly owners and staff.

I was lied to by Pampered Pet Resort.I made a boarding appointment for my dog but could not remember if it was Pampered Pet or another boarder. Granted, my own irresponsibility caused my issue but I'm kind of glad I forgot because I now know that PP is not the boarder for us.I called PP first, and the woman flat out lied that PP was where I made my reservation. She had none of my info, said I was indeed dropping off the dog there (on a day we cannot even drop off the dog), and when I quizzed her regarding which day was the scheduled pick up, she said that date is never determined until I let them know at drop off.I called the other boarder I suspected of having a reservation with, and she had every last bit of info on us, the dog, and all the dates. All I had to do was give her my last name.If a firm has to lie to get people to board their beloved family member with them, there is a big problem at that place that is too sketchy for my taste.It is not my intent to be malicious, but I care too much about my dog and everybody else's dogs to let this go undocumented. People need to know.

we left our dog for a week, and we honestly found an unrecognizable dog on our return. when we went to get him, we were told he was being aggressive (aggressive english bulldog ??) and when we got home the dog was scared of us, with a rash on his mouth. Only after a week our dog is returning to normal as before. I think it was not a good experience because before he always pooped out, from the return he always does it around the house, so it makes me think that he was taken out a lot in that week. I believe we will never return.

I didn’t get a good feeling about the ownership’s dedication to their business. Some of the other poor reviews on this thread validate that.My dog was fed and in good health when I picked him up so thankful for that but bringing him elsewhere next time.

We have a special needs dog and Rachel went above and beyond. We definitely recommend Pampered Pet Resort. It is a 10 star resort!

We brought our two very well adult -behaved dogs here for two nights over thanksgiving. Not impressed, was greeted by the lady at the desk telling me that the " white dog", referring to my 8 year old sweet as pie yellow lab tried to bite her 3 times . We have NEVER seen an aggressive bone in this girls body since she was 6 weeks old . They also put a leash around her neck even though she clearly is wearing a chest harness due to having a collapsed trachea. I would not trust that they care well for the pets left in their care and I wish I had seen a current review prior to leaving my fur babies here ... I think the old Reviews that were five star reflect the precious operators of this kennel - and not the current owners... beware ...

Pampered Pet Resort does an awesome job with our dogs, I would not take them anywhere else. The staff is friendly, they are dedicated to their job and the animals. They are awesome!
