DO NOT GO HERE! Unprofessional Staff and UNSANITARY
My wife, mother, and grandmother all went here this afternoon. It took nearly 4 hours for them to get out of there. The lady who did my wife’s nails made her fingers bleed numerous times all the while trying to cover it up/act like she didn’t do it. The towels were scalding hot (many patrons were asking for the towels to be cooled down). On top of this, my grandmother repeatedly had to ask for her stylist to be gentle. They also never come back to tell you when you’re done. They just leave and don’t come back to make sure you like it, it’s done right, nothing.
The hygiene of the place is abhorrent. They reuse the same utensils and act like they are “new” and “out of the package” all for them to be slipped back into they packaging back at the counter. The toe spreaders AND flip flops are reused as well - they go right to the next guest (the ones most places let you leave in). Disgusting! We will be reporting to the health inspector. It’s a wonder no one gets an infection from the lack of hygiene.
Cleanliness: Disgusting. Reused utensils as well as reused pedicure toe spreaders.

They are so great! I took my daughter with me for the first time and the whole staff were very kind and helped my shy little girl enjoy her first time to a nail salon for her birthday ? I have been here a few times and have loved it each time! I don't live super close, but We will continue to travel to Luxy Nails Salon for getting our nails done ☺️

Walked in lady at the 1st station said what are you getting? Pedicure, told me to sign in, it would be a few minutes. 3 people walked in about 3 or 4 minutes after me, lady asked each one of them the same question they all were getting Pedicures. I was looking at nail polish when she told one lady to go back, so I looked didn't say anything, then a couple of minutes later she told the other 2 to go back, so I looked at her, and she said, Oh, what were you getting, I said a Pedicure. She asked the ladies if was room for me, no spots, so she says to me I'll get you next, I got up, she said can you wait a few minutes I'll get you next, I walked out the door. I happened to be the only brown skin in there besides them and you didn't see me. Please my time is valuable too.

The best nail shop hands down !!! Will always come back Vivian and her mom are the best !! The nail shop is clean and always busy , everyone is super sweet and does a great job with your nails. Make this your stop when you need your nails , feet or your eyebrows done . You can’t go wrong here . It’s a gem !!!

I actually hate that I even have to give one star- I wish i could put none. I came to this shop multiple times over the past few months and the last few times they were so messed up. My nails were constantly chipping and breaking off my real nails. I went to a new salon today and found out that Luxy Nail Salon actually used acrylic on my nails instead of the dip i requested. My nails were so badly shaped and so thin that the new shop recommended I just cut them down and start over my nail growth. One time I came, the man doing my nails literally ripped off my old dip instead of soaking my hands or drilling them off. I was to the point of tears only to still not be happy with the end product. I would not recommend. Save your money and time by taking your business to any other shop. 0/10.

If there were a minus star button i would press it but for the sake of the review i will put one. I went in there with my best friend three times and they messed up both of our nails three times in a row. The only reason we kept going back is because we have had good experiences but after what we experienced the last time we will never go back. i asked for a nude dip with french tip and a vday design, i dont even have any pictures because i immediately went to another place the next day to get them fixed. They were clumpy the nude was a very bright pink with french tip to the point you couldnt see the design (the design color and the "nude" were essentially the same color). My friends design was not done evenly at all not even the nail length !! Theyve cracked more then any other shes had and even popped off.... come to find out from our new salon that luxy nails did acrylic for hers instead of dip when we both ONLY EVER get dip. Weve had our nails ripped off instead of the normal soaking and even drilled our cuticles down to the point of bleeding. We will NEVER EVER be back.

Every time i’ve been here they have done a great job. Every acrylic set and pedicure has been amazing. I went to a nail place closer to my house and they did absolutely horrible so i immediately drove to Luxy Nails and asked them if they would fix my nails for me. It was a short wait for not having an appointment and they filed, drilled, reshaped, and polished my nails for only $25. Along with their great service they are also great people. I highly recommend this place. The staff members are all so kind and everything is clean, quick, and done well. Best nails in spring hill!

Debbie is wonderful. Got dip nails done there for the first time today and she did such a beautiful job. Will definitely go back.
