The in-branch staff are nice, but the online and digital transaction employees are plain awful. When I tell you the amount of things the processors have messed up with my accounts ...... it is offensive.
My card was stolen, in branch support was AMAZING. Online? Not so much. I had to argue to receive the money back. Argue. To get a credit on stolen money. To get a credit on fees that were charged..... literally no other bank does that....
I used my account to pay my credit card and other payments.... this month? Rejected. Why?? Because the person from the bank refused to accept them. Despite plenty of money being in the account. In fact, it was verified that I had money, AND verified the amount I was trying to pay..... but the repeated lack of accountability from their processing department is offensive at this point. They rejected the payments due to their own failures. Will they give me the late fees? Of course not..... fees are a huge issue for them.
They also had a plethora of a of issues correctly processing my auto payments when I had an auto loan with them.... how do you misplace a $10k payment???? Oh, that's right.... the lackluster processing department..... I spent easily a month arguing this one with them. Come to find out they put it on the wrong loan... once again, ZERO accountability from them.
Bank elsewhere. Save yourself the headaches.

Everyone in this place is very helpful and welcoming.
Jeremy and Blake have been the most helpful gentlemen ever and have answered all my basic and advanced questions.
I haven't ever had to wait when coming to this branch.

We have had nothing but excellent service since my wife and I opened our accounts at Liberty. I especially like the 3.54% interest rate on my checking account. My previous credit union paid virtually no interest in either my checking or savings accounts. We are both very happy with Liberty.

DO NOT USE THEIR ATM! Did not give the money the 1st time so he took his card out and did it again. Gave him the cash the 2nd time, but charged the account twice. They acknowledged that machine had "Glitches"! So fix it already!!!

Applied for a home mortgage and the process went south! I was already pre approved at chase but wanted to try this credit union since we opened an account when we moved here, and customer service loan officer didn’t seem ready to jump on it… It was for a three hundred thousand dollar loan ?

I don’t understand why the bad review. We moved here and after careful consideration we opened an account with LCU, plus a car loan cause someone totaled our car in August. Didn’t want a car payment but had no choice. The folks were real pleasant to speak with and everyone seemed to be in good spirits… We enjoy banking with LCU…

What business or bank shuts down their app and creates a new one without notice?! Very unprofessional and will be closing my accounts and moving to a more professional bank.
