I moved from another state, and its Tax time, I thought of using H&R Block, the office assigned a Tax expert, we met and I explained everything , I brought most of my documents, he asked for the last Tax return which I provided later on, then he gave me an estimate the first time we met for their fees, I emphasized that these fees should cover my joint filling and my S Corp. too, the answer was YES and confirmed.3 weeks already passed, I get an e-mail stating ,,,,, due to :“Your tax return was assigned to Larry Wear, but unfortunately, we have less tax pro's working this year and don't have the bandwidth at the moment to process your return at our Spring Hill office”Why didn’t you say so in the first place, why take all the documents and now give an excuse you won’t do it, now I’m left with 10 days only to file, what kind of business conduct is this?They stated they’ll call me soon, its been 5 days already and no time left for filling, nobody called.I tried calling every day but no answer, they are giving me ” leave a message” ,,,,This is totally unprofessional behavior.

2022 is the last time we'll be doing our own taxes. 2023 so a lot of changes within my wife's business and then some changes in my work situation that the software didn't really make us comfortable with and took to H&R Block. We were amazed at how many things we missed in using the software. We'll be using H&R Block moving forward.

We love this location. Staff has great Tax expertise. One falling professional they do have is their front greeting staff..very very rude and just ignores you and is so not professional.

I filed in Tennessee with W2's from Tennessee and Ohio. Ohio really confused my tax preparer, it took days to figure it out- but it finally got filed.When I use H+R block, it is hit or miss. Some people are excellent, some are just rookies.

Paul Taylor is the main reason. He is the BEST. He knows us, our business, heck, he even knows my MIL ( and does her taxes) and is just so cheerful and careful and helpful and knowledgeable. We all feel like we are his only account being handled with kit gloves!
