Most definitely the worst experience I have ever had with a tow service. No address listed anywhere online. Extremely difficult to communicate with. Overpriced and all around a hassle to deal with. Also, spit on my truck will be sent in for DNA testing as it is clearly not bird feces. Unacceptable.

Seen a lot of poor reviews that are attributed to various parking violations. While having your car towed for a parking violation is an angering process, it is not the fault of Holt's Towing for simply fulfilling what they have been contracted to do.I worked with the owner and one of his drivers, and they have been nothing but professional and courteous.When emotions are taken out of the situation, Holt's does their job and they do it well.

Do not use this Towing service. They gave me very little information when they were towing my car after i had an accident. He told me it was going to be at least $100. I couldn't pay upfront so I had him take it to his yard for the time being. I've never experienced this before so I have no prior knowledge of how this whole thing works. So little did I know they charge you every day your car is on their lot. He didn't give me any information on this when he was getting my car. Then to tow it to my house he charged me $85. So in total I had to pay this guy $355. He took total advantage of the fact that I had a lack of knowledge and that I am young.

5 stars plus⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Called this morning to get a tow to Benton Nissan. The driver called me back in 2 mins and had me go out to my car to show me how to start it. I had flooded my engine and he told me how to fix it. Stayed on the phone with me until My vehicle started. Saved me money and above all time I can’t get back. Highly recommend this company, much more than just a tow service. This is what excellent customer service is and in this day and age, we don’t experience this often. Thank you Holt’s Towing!

Holts Towing provided excellent service and communication. My call was answered immediately and the truck arrived promptly. Mike, the driver and owner, was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Holts Towing and will definitely use them for any future tow needs.

Horrible Customer Service!!! I called to get a quote and he just got FRUSTRATED WITH ME and then HUNG UP ON ME! Do not use these guys - CALL SPRING HILL TOWING instead.
