One room dedicated to Dead Lifts with a foot operated lift to put the weights on. Sauna! Standard lockers, showers, etc. Serious gym. Highly recommended for all levels. Got some big boys in there, ladies and elderly. Everyone welcome. Good price too. Right in the front door of the union hall.”

I've never been to a of CrossFit gym before, but I know this one is on a whole new level. How good is it, you ask? So good that I had to wear two pairs of socks, just in case one got rocked off by the incredible coaching and atmosphere! You gotta keep those toes warm.
I need to set aside a paragraph just to callout that it is family centric. Modesty? Check. Community? Check. Coaches who have empathy and care more about your ability to live another day? Check.
From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for something special. The coaches here aren’t just your average trainers—they’re movement magicians. Every cue, every correction felt like a secret code to unlock new strength, new way to be safe while avoiding injuries, and performance I didn’t even know I had. Seriously, if you think you've got your technique down, these coaches will take it up a notch. You'll feel your fitness game step up so fast that you'll be grateful for that second pair of socks.
The workouts are intense, but the positive energy and camaraderie in the gym make you feel unstoppable. The community here? Top notch. I’m always motivated to push harder, sweat more, and maybe even contemplate a third pair of socks just to stay ahead of the curve.
