I’ve donated at this center several times and I have noticed the customer service here is nonexistent. I’ve never donated to any organization that did not greet me, offer assistance unloading my donations and then THANK me for the donation. It is like giving something to an ungrateful child. I will never donate anything else at this location again. Management needs to provide their team members with some cultural diversity training and professional development. A simple thank you can take you a long way. I would rather throw my items in the trash than donate anything else to these ungrateful, unfriendly and unprofessional workers.

I used to like this location, but recently they've been selling literal trash. Today, I saw an empty Patron bottle and an empty Bath and Body Works candle for sale. Literally trash.

Purchased an electronic keyboard that was obviously broken. When returning it all they would do is give us an in-store credit. I don't think I have ever had a good experience with this company. You will be better off if you just make a donation to your local charity that feeds the poor

I noticed it very strange that this location doesn’t have the same, great donations to purchase as they had in the past. That was UNTIL recently when I saw the so-called STORE MGR (Crystal Purdy) WALKING DONATIONS STRAIGHT OUT THE FRONT DOOR and INTO HER VEHICLE without paying for them. She didn’t bother to stop and get a plastic bag to put them into. While still shopping, me and my in-laws asked an employee in the clothing area who she was and they said the store manager, Crystal. Lastly, prior to leaving the store I pointed her out to the cashier (lady in a wheelchair) and she also confirmed that she was the store mgr and gave me the spelling of her name.I find it appalling that we as a community in Spring Hill have came together and we support and donate to this store as often as we do with so many great items and then turn around and spend money in the same store that we donate to, but Goodwill is just giving away the very donations to their employees for free, again appalling.I will NOT continue to support this type of FRAUD at this LOCATION and it makes me question ever doing business with ANY GOODWILL (donations or purchase) EVER AGAIN!!

I been in this good will few times now and i have found some good stuff but todays visit was a very weird one. First of all i noticed items new with tags priced higher than the retail stores tags. Also at the register the lady tells me the item was priced wrong and the price was going to be higher and also the original price was a discount color for today and she proceeds to changed that too. I knew something was up because it was a really good find. I felt she try to keep it because she asked me if i still want the item like 3 times. Overall it was a unpleasant experience. But i got the item even the price change. It was supposed to be $2.50 and i end up paying $7.99 but for a pair of used hooka shoes is okay.

Came here to drop off donations during business hours. The entrance is not blocked off there are no cones and the store is open. An attendant comes out and tells me it's "common courtesy" to know they don't take donations on sundays which is says no where on their website nor at the store location. Why is it available for drive up and why is there someone coming out to make rude comments? Gladly will take my items elsewhere. Awful service.

What is with this location and donations? Weird hours, no drop off bins, rude employees turning people away? Why make it difficult to receive products you get for free and then sell?

Pricing stuff as an employee was fun we love slapping 10$ stickers on items that have stickers for less ?

We just moved to Tennessee from Orlando. While packing we donated a lot of stuff to different Goodwills in Orlando. Just whichever one we happened to be near at the time. In Orlando we would drive up to the donation location and the employees would come out, help us unload the vehicle and we drive away. While unpacking we came across stuff we decided we could do without, so off to the closest Goodwill. It was only one box of various items. There are several bins at this location where you're supposed to sort the items yourself. A lady came out and asked what was in the box. I didn't know, my wife packed it. I said, "clothes and it sounds like some dishes." The lady berated me for not having my items sorted for them. "Next time make sure you have everything sorted". Next time I'll just toss it in the trash instead of driving almost an hour to just to donate to Goodwill. My sister in law said there's a church based thrift store in the area. I'd bet they won't yell at me for trying to donate stuff to them. I will not donate to Goodwill again.

Arrived at 5:55 with a donation. There was a woman in a pink shirt outside and said they were closed for donations. We pointed out that the sign says they close at 6 for donations and we still had 5 minutes. She stated “we’ve been open since 10, where we’re you!?” Clearly not understanding that people cannot take time out of their work day to drop off donations so that she could be lazy the last 5 minutes of her day.
