Do not put your money in this bank. They will come up with every excuse in the book not to give it to you when you want it. We have been trying to get cash from them for over a week and they keep giving us excuse after excuse as to why they cannot give it to us. I’m pretty sure what they’re doing is illegal.

Just as bad as Bank of America. Local branch got our info mixed up which wasn't a great start. Then our accounts kept getting locked for no reason. Corporate doesn't care either. Go to another bank or credit union instead

I have NEVER had more trouble getting a bank to take my mortgage payment every single month. You’d think they would make it easier to give them your money, but nope. I will never open an account here and I hope you sell my mortgage to a normal bank as soon as possible! Please!!!
